Absolutely the worst service. I purchased something that came out to $11.78. I gave them a $100.00 dollar bill, but they said the didn't have enough change to break the $100.00 bill. I find it hard to believe that they don't have $88.00 in the register.

Have shopped here for a number of years however they are carrying less and less products for the industry. They target more to the public than the profession. Today I called looking for items for styling wigs. The person I talked to did not know what the store carried. She continually asked another employee, and when I asked to speak with someone more familiar, she became very hostile and rude. They do not carry items for wigs and it seems the needs of the profession are not a priority.

Associate wasn't very friendly. Stood in the back of the store. The most unfriendly Sally store I have ever gone to. These stores need to do better interviewing these rude people for jobs, much less hiring them.

My experience when recently returning a product went totally fine BUT the ONLY reason I am giving a one store is because of one particular person (the store manager at the Lake Pleasant location) had the most utterly rude demeanor I have ever experienced. The main front woman was awesome and very friendly but when she had to go back to get the permission for the exchange of my product, the manager came out from the back with the most rude expression on her face, did not speak a word to me, did not smile, literally stood a couple feet away from me staring my way but not acknowledging me as a person or even a customer. Stood there in silence while the other woman did it all. The main front check out woman was a pleasure to work with and chat to while resolving my issue. I would give her a 5 star! Manager=0

The store has been closed “on break” for over an hour. I have been waiting and watched 4 people approach and leave. It’s Sunday afternoon at 4 PM

Quite possibly the greatest experience I've ever had at Sally's.Around Christmas time/ New years, I came in looking for hair dye as a gift for my brother. I believe the associate that helped us was named Jay. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind, and I ended up leaving with the perfect product... And a few gifts for myself.Its awesome going into a store, and seeing such beautifully creative people who express themselves.

The store was supposed to be open, we got there at 6:00 pm. The door was locked with a posted note that they were out to lunch. Strange that the store was supposed to close at 8:00 pm. We waited about twenty minutes no one showed up so we left.

One of the workers was not wearing a face covering over her nose and mouth, just a face shield. I would recommend getting the pick up instead of going into the store since the staff doesn’t care about safety

I have attempted to shop here twice. Each time was during their posted business hours and the sign said open. However, each time the door was locked and no one was there.I decided to order online. I ordered 10 items and was charged the full amount. The email confirming my order stated I would be charged for only what was shipped. I received 6 items but still charged the full amount. I called to find out what was going on. I was told the other three items have been just sitting there waiting for UPS to pick up. Should be four items. Oh, one was cancelled as it was not in stock I was told. Did not receive any notification of that. I asked about the charge. I was told I was not charged the full amount even though I was looking at my bank account in real time. I do not hold out much hope of receiving the other items nor am I counting on receiving a credit for what I have not received. Lesson learned.
