This Safeway is pretty old and it’s starting to show. Location is clean inside, but service is definitely lacking. It was easy to find what we were looking for, but not one employee greeted us the entire time in the store. They only had two checkers working and the lines were crazy so I opted for self check out since only had five items.

The new coffee shop lines are severely restricting access to Safeway. The lines are wrapping around the entire front entrance of Safeway and then backside of the adjacent building leading to blocking the 83rd avenue entrance to Safeway. Nightmare! We won't be going back until the lines recede. Looks like we'll be going to Sprouts and Fry's down the road for a bit.

They thought I was stealing flowers when I already bought them and they went out their way to call me as I exiting the store and said that I didn’t pay for them I showed the florist and some old guy the receipt and they were quiet. I didn’t get no apology whatsoever idk if they targeted me cause of my race or ?
They Weren’t even cashiers either these people need learn how not to discriminate or stereotype cause that’s how felt like

Very disappointed I order chicken for all my events at this store and it’s always been great. Just order some chicken over the weekend for my birthday party and it was horrible. It tasted like chemicals had to throw all of it away. Cannot give it to my guest. The box was ripped they taped with white labels. The girl that came to my car and was carrying it out had to actually hug the box because it was falling apart. Not sure if I will ever order from the store again I spend a lot of money on all my parties here. Very disappointed wish they had just been honest and gave me my money back. They messed me that my order was ready for pickup and had to wait 20 minutes for the horrible fried chicken.

Not happy with online pickup. I placed an order that I ended up needing to cancel and to make a long story short it’s been a week and I still don’t have it cancelled. I had to call their payment line to start a dispute that may take up to 7-10 days. I needed that money and now I am going through hoops to get it back. Not cool, esp when your depending on it for gas and groceries

Please throw some additional staff in your self checkout please. Some of the employees that work that station are completely lost, staring into the unknown while people wait for I.D. checks for liquor.

If you want to be stalk around and humiliated in the line go here they have worst prices and customer service, use to go here once a week for my wic supplies but will just go to Walmart down the street for now on. Literally got off a 11 hour shift to almost cry in the middle of self check out over formula never going here again.

Horrible experience-- would give negative star!! I didn't appreciate being followed thru out store by employees!! Acting like I'm a criminal! I didn't need help nor ask for it!! Then at self check out lady was like flies on sheet!! I know how to self checkout!! Don't need a babysitter watching me.. Dang judge much-- I'm a grown adult any know when and how to ask for help .. plus they are way over staffed-- too many employees just standing around or following shoppers!
