I had a week old new windshield get a dime size rock chip. I took it in to have it sealed here right away within a couple days. A couple weeks later I had a huge Crack. NOT sure my time was worth the results.

I came here for a windshield replacement. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, had great communication, and got everything completely taken care of in one visit. They worked with my insurance company for the entire process and all I had to do was show up at the shop, hang out in the waiting area for a bit, and everything was all done before I knew it with zero hassle.

Our tech Isaac was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job replacing the windshield on our Ford Super Duty. Communication from the tech and the company regarding our appointment was great! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, not the outcome I expected. I have been to this location in the past and it was great then, not now. The lack of front staff is one thing. No big deal. However, after picking my suv back up after a chip repair (3 chips checked by a safelite tech, first) I was told only 2 of the 3 could be filled. I was informed by Chris, that one chip already had sealant on it. I was not going to argue, but, that's not accurate. That specific chip is what prompted me to submit the claim, etc. Furthermore, the chip that was said to have sealant on it, looks nothing like the other chips that were sealed, a pen dot size. I could even scratch the chip without sealant and feel my fingernail catch on the glass. Maybe I'm wrong, but I have only known safelite to complete this chip sealant task. Either way, was not a good experience this time around. Disappointing.

Had to get our windshield replaced, Safelite handled all the insurance stuff in advance. Nice easy to find location, professional staff. Did the work in a timely and professional manner. Had a few issues that the Management and staff handled very quickly! Thank you Safelite Peoria for your great customer service!

CAREFUL!!! CAUTION!!!!!! Driving home from work on olive and 91st ave around 3:30 and was cut off by a road raging safelite driver who then proceeded to act crazy on the road after informing authorities I couldn’t catch the license plate to inform safelite!! and when you call you can only talk to a robot!! . Be careful having these unstable individuals come to your HOUSE/WORK!! They hire just anyone apparently Happened in Peoria Arizona

Worst customer service. Can ONLY speak to computer or online. If you need a question answered or have them return, FORGET about that. The only humans working there are the installers who do a great job but guess you have to drive there to speak to someone.
