This store is great, but the corporate phone system has to be one of the worst ever designed. It took me in circles for literally 20 minutes. Never could get through to anyone, it tells you to go online. I can't talk to a person anymore. Safelight is not customer oriented when they won't talk to you.

After all is said and done, I have a new evaluation. I have two complaints. 1. My Vin number was obscured due to a previous glass replacement. Safelite said don't worry, we'll take care of it. When it ran into something they didn't want to deal with, they told me they didn't do the damage, they wouldn't handle the repair. When I got my car home, the windshield washer wouldn't work. I took it to a repair shop today. They told me Safelite didn't hook my washer tubes up so all my water was going to the ground. An expense that I shouldn't have had. If you use Safelite, be very careful of what they do and of what they tell you.

Car filled with toxic adhesive smell. Have had to keep car windows down for almost two weeks. No relief. Went back and they scraped some glue out of my air conditioning unit, doused the car in lysol. What a mess. Now the car will never not smell like tar and cleaner.
