My wife loves to shop at Ross we came down to the valley looking for presents for our young nephews and we got to say the selection clothes and everything was really minimal. Clean store clean bathrooms good attitude amongst registers. We might return

Extremely rude. Nobody wants to help. Poor young lady at the register seems to be the only one working. She assisted me with a watch. The restroom is always available. Today a female walking by trying to ignore me tells me they don't have one and that I have to go to Sprouts. It's not my fault you have to work today. I left the watch and dog stuff. Wasn't finished shopping but after the rude I departed minus any items

I can NEVER find clothes for my son in this store. Boys clothes ranging from size 5-8 are non-existent. There may literally be 1 or 2 pairs of shorts, a few terrible shirts and Zero pajamas! The staff at this store seem so unhappy and put out by having customers, it almost feels uncomfortable!
Updated 3 years later... still cannot find clothes for my son, there's was 1 set of pajamas in his size yesterday, that's typical. Staff is FAR better now! Went yesterday to finalize Christmas shopping and almost had to just leave because the music was so incredibly terrible, THE WORST music I've ever heard in a store, i could not handle it! Even my husband was DONE, just because of the horrendous music! It's amazing how much that truley changes your buying experience!

The quality of the store decreased after the pandemic. It's getting better, though, but it's still not as good as before .

I like this store because they keep it clean and unmessy, and it's not over packed with people like other Rosses so it's nice to look around the store.

I really like going to this branch and today I went to enjoy the discounts, and happily I found several things. But when I got home and checked my account I realized that there was an item that I didn't remember having added (without a discount) I was surprised and I checked by price, by brand and code and it wasn't there either, it's unfortunate that at some point, taking advantage of the fact that we bought Many items will charge us for something they don't get and obviously they will keep it.We must always be careful about what they charge and what they put in the bag.?

This is one of the cleanest Ross locations I have shopped. Aisles were free of clutter. There wasn't trash or opened products strewn about. Clothing was on the hangers. Homegoods were on the shelves in an orderly manner. There is a significant number of items that may be found at many of the Ross store in the area. Prices for those items are on par with other stores. This store does get some higher end items. I purchased a shirt for my son that the m.s.r.p. on the manufacturer's tag was $58, the compared to price on the Ross tag was $19.99, and the price I paid was $4.99. This time of year is when Ross stores are doing a changeover in season/merchandise. Due to this changeover, selection was on the slim side. Knowing this, the lack of selection was not factored into my rating. Fitting rooms were located at the front of the store. There were two rooms. The store wasn't busy. The line for the dressing room was never more than one person waiting for the room at a time.

Love that this store is under New management. Staff is a lot more helpful. And the store is shop able again. Not trashed like other locations.
