We had to let go of our precious little one today. The staff were all amazing and understanding. They made sure we knew it was our decision and did not put in any of their thoughts until we made ours. Can't recommend them enough.

I love this office! Everyone is always helpful and friendly. They always listen to my concerns and follow up diligently. They’re super patient and understanding with my dog, who’s not very social and gets extremely anxious at the vet. But they never make him or me feel bad about his reactivity. They’re patient and understanding. Would highly recommend to others and have!

Very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to questions about my dog’s health and keeping her active. Just the recommendations we’ve followed have helped improve her health over the past year and any concerns are always addressed. Also absolutely fantastic with my older dog. Always answering my questions about her age, joints, and any concern. Love that they care for my pets just as much as i do and just want to help me keep them healthy for a long time.

Never taking my animals here again. 1) Their prices are outrageous. $52 for a PAW PRINT FOR A GUNIEA PIG?! 2) They made me sit and wait in a room with my dead pet and I did not care when I said it was urgent that I be helped because I had to be at work. No one ever answers the phone either.

Very unhappy with them...tried to refill my pets heart medicine...they were out...they were to contact Costco for a refill. They did not do that. Called the next day ..They did not answer...held for 10 minutes x 3 times ...no answer. Called the Emergency line ..Crystal picked up...sent me to a real person, but still not resolved....called emergency line again. I was sent to an unmonitored voice mail...Called emergency line again...was told to stop calling....she did hook me up with someone...I doubt it will be resolved....my dog is in heart failure ..this medicine is needed...I will be taking my pet to Palm Glen Animal Hospital Monday AM ...they have walk in times...This was ridiculous...been with this clinic a long time... extremely disappointed...How hard is it to answer the phone?
