it was great, very easy and since I already had a bigger unit their, it was nice, I got a smaller unit and everyone was very helpful. I didn't understand why I had to pay another fee for administrative, since I was already renting a unit from you, I was told that every time a unit is rented the fee has to be charged, and the manager was very nice and was very professional in explaining it too me. that is the way a big business makes more money. but am happy with my unit and the people that work in this facility.

I reserved a U-Haul box truck and an appliance dolly for Sunday morning at 7am. When I got there, my truck had two homeless people smoking drugs inside the cabin. They left C U M on the driver's seat and paraphernalia under the radio. The dolly was missing from the truck and the back of the truck was open. They are closed for the day so I can't even talk to anyone about the issue. I had to call corporate and they couldn't find anything to accommodate me with.

I am active duty military and recently moved to the valley. Before I could find a house I was tasked to deploy and needed a place to store my property. The location was ideal, the units were clean and easily accessible and they were offering a heck of a deal! Getting a unit was easy and the staff was friendly and professional. I was impressed with the security and never encountered any shady people/behavior. Bonus: Carts available near entrances if you do not have your own :)

The past 4/5 times I went to drop off a package(USPS Priority), this place has been either closed, didn't open on time, or out for some random issue during normal business hours. For example today, I went there to drop off a package at 11:30am but there was that silly clock they adjusted for 12pm at the front door. Why is it closed at 11:30am? Why is there only one person working here? It is suppose to be a Right Storage Center & USPS Postal Branch? It's frustrating because I have to drive to the closest Postal Office off Thunderbird. Another time when there was an issue was last June. It was a hot day. Their air conditioner wasn't working so their thermal printer papers wouldn't print any shipping labels! Why are these issues the problem of the customer? They should be on top of the maintenance of their AC unit. They should have a backup system in case the thermal printer has issues. And there should be a manager who makes sure their employees open on time! Also stay working at their stations when it is normal business hours instead of treating this place like a horribly ran family business. I only go here because it is close to my home but lately I had to drive 4 times to the Post Office because of issues from this place. I know I am not the only person who feel this way. I am one of many who experienced a subpar business in action. I want to change my review into a more positive one but will not until things improve at this establishment.

Right Space has great customer service and very affordable prices!I recently moved and my new apartment doesn’t offer garages so it was a no-brainer when I knew I’d need to store my totes and small boxes I kept in the garage for a few months.The units are clean, they offer elevators and even rolling carts for our convenience while moving in/out and it’s month to month!I've been using this facility for my USPS mailing services for the past 2-3 years and love it bckz whether I’m dropping off or come in with 5 boxes to ship and 1000 questions… the employees are always kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.I appreciate that they always greet me by name and that is almost unheard of now days.Daniel and Cody were so patient and helpful, and even took the time to show me 3 different units and carefully explain the process to me.This was THE easiest process ever, and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate them.

It was very easy to select a space on the website. The cost fit my budget. I was able to move my items into my space the next day, without any additional paperwork or effort.
