They’re lucky I’m even leaving one. Communication and follow through is non existent. Been working with Selena the whole time and I’ve had to come down to the store twice because of not hearing from her for a day at a time. Came in and she said she had not gotten pictures that were requested the night before and proceeded to show me a couch, but only showed me the bottom of it, so I legit have NO idea what it looks like. I asked if she was going even call me back, she said once she had the pictures. It had been almost 24 hours since I’d heard from her and that’s what made me come into the store. At least follow up instead of making me wait or take time to come to the store for nothing. Worst experience ever.

I have been a customer of Aaron's for many years my stove at home is not working properly so I went to Aaron's and two of the stores are closed so I had to go to a location that I had not had good communication with before they wanted me to pay $209 a month for a basic stove I could not afford that because I do have a deep freeze through them that will be paid off in March I also have a refrigerator I really thought I would have got a good deal being I have been the customer that they never had to worry about getting their payment I told him right then and there I was going to rent a center the store was clean three employees there I explained I needed a stove and how I was treated at Aaron's they had apologized for them and it wasn't even their fault anyway they showed me three different stoves and the manager would not stop until she found the stove that I was satisfied with this manager was amazing she smiled I think the whole time ask if I wanted coffee or water so at the end she got me a brand new stove with a Air fryer and she got me the best deal that fits my budget if you need anything and u can't buy it out right go to this rent a center they are amazing and they will try and work within your budget as best as they can.

I came here for an interview a little early after setting it up on 10/17/23 and the manager didn’t give me a heads up the store was already filled and recommended me to a store farther than I was willing to go… this the 3rd time applying for Rent A Center and being left short by they are hiring but not hiring. Wouldn’t recommend this place for a job cause they play games .

Our experience was AWESOME ?. During a heat wave in Arizona, We lost air condition in our home. With multiple days until repair she helped us rent a portable AC unit. She was kind, informative and empathetic. We highly recommend!

Never had any problems with them. Any time I needed an extension to pay, they gave me the time. They always work with you and they’re super nice people !

Rant: What is the point of having a business phone for potential customers & or your existing customers to get ahold of you on if don't answer, plus your store app is something to be less desired, I've tried on numerous occasions to request a link to be sent to me so I can change my password to view my file but when you "Send" me my reset password link it is no where to be found in my EMail (Inbox or Spam) which you have on file but yet you have no issue sending me monthly payment reminders & or Store event reminders, other then this rant this store has been nothing but good to me in the past 2yrs I've been a customer no matter the various management or employees that work here when I walk through the doors...

Ever since I started working at T-Mobile, in the same plaza as rent a center, this store has been nothing but the best experience possible. Every time an issue arises, they don’t make me feel guilty for not being able to afford payments, they’ve always hooked me up no matter what, as long as I communicated with them. Offering special deals, and certain promotions to keep me as a customer. I will definitely never go to a different rent a center, as long as Mario and his team works at this store. 11/10 recommend this location to anyone looking to lease anything!
