Their salads suck! I'm so disappointed. It's like they're sloppy putting it together and giving you the "butt" of lettuce. The mgmt team sent me a $15.00 gift card and I'm still throwing my salad away. Cheese was wet, lettuce is not crisp and chicken bites tasted sour. I'll continue to gas up there but nothing else.

I was at the checkout lane and there was a long line. The guy took his friends cutting everyone in line, of course flirting with them, asked for a bag he did not put my items in my bag. I told him, sir I need my items in the bag so I put the items in the bag grab the bag and there was a big hole drink exploded when hit the ground course. I got new items but he was not apologetic. He look more annoyed with me. If you give someone a broken bag. Expect that to happen. Never come here again awful service. There’s 1 million QT out there hopefully this one gets shut down.

I honestly haven’t ever experience a bad visit at any QT gas stations but tonight Zachary delivered horrible customer service and was rude.

Extremely rude younger white guy Sunday at 445 working the register no thank you yelling at customers extremely unacceptable you don't tell at your customers I go to QT daily and I'm tired of this young man being rude probably why your store as gone down I'm review really need to address this to him unhappy customer

I have have no way to pay for gas but by debt card was told that VISA put a hold on their cards then I call Navy Federal credit Union and they told that Q T is the one that puts the hold on the card

I've ordered pickup through the mobile app at this store several times. And this is the second time in a row this location has failed to include dipping sauces I paid for, and the app has no way to report missing items for reimbursement. Once was one thing, but twice is ridiculous
