Shocking to find a QT location that has been neglected... Not only were the drink machines were making noise like they were going to explode, but the restroom was broken.. not one, but Three!

We own a small mobile sign truck. We drive this mobile advertising truck around towns and cities all over AZ, NV, CA, WA, OR, NM, UT..... We buy $75 to $100 worth of fuel EVERY DAY. We've always liked and appreciate the QT's we visit. We prefer QT because they are, for the most part, always clean and friendly, and they have diesel. However, this QT falls far, far, far, far short of any other QT we've visited on or near the west coast. We stop, buy our snacks and drinks. We switch drivers, buy fuel, etc. Yesterday, the manager sends a teenager out to tell us we cannot park our truck on their property unless we turn off the advertisement. After speaking with several other QT managers, we learn this is not the QT rule. C'mon! Get off your fat ass and confront us adult to adult. This will affect all our QT purchases from here on out. Shame on you!

They are racist and rude. Every time I come in for lunch the guy behind the counter yells out gas station pizza gas station pizza. I don’t know if he doesn’t like his job or what but I didn’t say anything the first time but this is my time saying it now check your workers or I’m coming in filming every time and posting it on the internet. I have a good following base and I will expose this location. Have some respect.

Fountain drink machine at this store is in poor maintenance, and the employees do not take accountability for issues related to that or other inventory matters. Even after pointing out the machines and proving the problem is present and verifiable, management blames the customer rather than attempt to send in repairs. The new QT at Happy Valley and the other one at 75th have friendlier staff and a better maintained store.

Coke and Pepsi refrigerators are always bare. The people working aren’t friendly and seem like we are disturbing them when we need checked out, and multiple things on the soda fountain are constantly not working and have the tape on them.

I was in the store for about 10 minutes I noticed that they were doing some cleaning on their new hot and cold coffee drinks.
I noticed for five employees back in the cash register area standing around talking.
I wanted to get the cold cocoa they discontinued the cinnamon bun hot drink that I'm more often would come to the store then for what they've got now.
When I went to get the cold cocoa nothing would come out except hissing are and little screaming noises.
I picked a different drink and when I got to the cash register the employees were still all standing back there talking to each other, one came up took my cash when I told him that the cocoa was not working nothing coming out he acknowledged that I told him and then as I left he went back over and started talking to the other employees.
My opinion they should have been finishing cleaning up of that area since that hose to clean stuff was out and the employee that I talked to should have himself gone over and looked into the problem that I told him about or told someone else to go do that.

This is our neighborhood QT, which we visit almost daily. The store is always clean and well kept and the team is great, but your Coca cola supplier needs to step their game up. This store is REGULARLY out of multiple coke products, particularly zero sugar options (Spiced, Cherry, NO Dr Pepper zero sugar options as shown, etc). I know this cost you sales today, because you didn't have what I came for we left and bought drinks and snacks for our family of 5 at circle K tonight. Please don't make us go to circle K again 😩

Walked up to the counter, two employees talking behind the counter. Placed my drink on the counter. As soon as I do, one turns and walks towards the kitchen and the other walks out to the store and says "I'll be right with you" as he goes and stocks some shelves. Really?! Customer waiting, two employees literally walk away.

I came in one evening to grab a quick drink. I noticed a couple of real classy individuals without shirts. Just kinda shook my head. The manager just nonchalantly says you guys know there is a no shirt no service policy. It was very humorous, 5 stars, will be back.

The only food they got out in the morning tastes like it's re heated from the day before, floors are dirty as hell, and the employees are more concerned with their phones or talking to another employee instead of getting the food out and doing their jobs, I really wish there was another QT in the area this one is being run poorly
