QuikTrip is a convenience store and gas retailer known for its signature customer service, provided by employees who are dedicated, helpful, and seem to genuinely care. Many customers praise it as having the best customer service, with staff described as great workers with a smile and unbelievable hustle, even during busy times. The stores feature QT Kitchens, offering a menu of fresh food including pizza by the slice, breakfast items, soft pretzels, sandwiches, and soft-serve treats. The famous fountain provides a wide selection of drinks. While many find it a convenient, easy, and excellent place to get everything in one trip, some note ongoing issues. A recurring problem is that the windshield washing fluid at the pumps often stinks and does not clean well. Furthermore, some locations face challenges with people loitering, begging, and occupying restrooms for bathing or changing clothes, which can make the restrooms difficult to access and detract from the store's cleanliness. Despite these concerns, the staff are consistently noted as being nice and helpful.
Always such a busy location with it being right off the 101. Even with the other QT just a few blocks up the road it’s always packed. The location seems to have a little update and is clean inside. Plenty of pumps as well.

Just the best ! Every business should use your model for running a business and hiring. Best customer service. Your employees actually seem to care . Customer service is a rare thing to find these days and it makes or breaks rather I return to a business. 👍🏻
