Took my Tacoma in because my latches on my bed cover were bent and not latching properly. Turns out I had been closing it wrong with my tailgate down instead of up. They took care of it right then and charged me nothing. This place truly is Quality.

Taking over 3 hours to install a hitch is a little ridiculous. Nobody kept me updated I had to keep checking for updates had I not it probably would’ve taken another two hours. They’ve had so many people come and go and I’ve been here since opening. Other people got updates why didn’t I? ? Very dissatisfied had I know this was going to be this way I would’ve kept looking around. I’ve had hitches installed before in difficult vehicles and it’s never take more than 2 hours. When you’re in the process of moving you don’t need added stress. There was no apology for the delay just told that time frames are just estimates. Very annoyed and don’t appreciate the added stress. Went out side for a bit and just saw like 4 of them just standing around one vehicle when I was told by one of the guys up front that he was going to go ensure my vehicle got done.

The guys here just knock it out of the park. Nate is so efficient and friendly and a pleasure to work with. This isn't the first truck I've gotten a Bakflip on and the quality of their work unmatched. Got me in and out w/in 45 minutes. Trustworthy and awesome. Return customer for life. Thanks guys!
