Even though I was unable to make an appointment online, Trevor the Manager of the Peoria AZ store extended me the $20.00 on my wheel alignment. After the service was completed and on time, he let me know my tires were fast approaching their end of being a safe tire. No pressure, just letting
me know my options.

I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who helped us in the front but he was a younger, pretty tall man with braces who was super helpful and accommodating. My mom is a worrier and he answered all her calls and questions very quickly and with a lot of patience. He made the experience a lot less scary for us and I cannot say enough nice things about him and the shop in general.

I had picked up a screw in my rear tire. I pulled in without an appt. I was in an out in 30 mins! The staff was professional and accommodating. I will return in the future for tire and service needs. Based on my experience I would recommend them.

Dealt with the night shift last night to get a blown tire fixed 15 minutes before closing. My tire was replaced before the ink was dry on my invoice. They were very helpful and informative. I ended up getting a full set after they informed me my tires were 7 years old to prevent any other unforeseen blowouts. Got a great deal and returned the next day to complete the transaction. Different crew same great customer service, which is a lost commodity these days. Definitely won my business and I'd highly recommend.

Jeff was so helpful. Even with a full roster of cars they squeezed me in and even bought my son a snack. Everyone was super friendly and will be back for any and all my car needs!

They are absolutely amazing they knew exactly what the problem was and had a solution Jeff was very diligent in keeping me updated on the progress and patient with all my calls and questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing services. I want to thank Pablo for everything as well as he was the service tech on my vehicle. They are absolute rock stars and I will be come to them and only them in the future.
