Pro desk associates unwilling to check out a pro customer if their purchase is under 2500 dolars. The regular checkout line can be full but the prodesk next to it just chitchattering hanging out. We as contractors spend a great deal of money at home depot throughout the country to receive this sort of contempt.

I have always had pleasant interactions at this store. Today was another wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mark White at store 0453 on Peoria and 92 ave. I was having issues with a painting job, and he not only gave me great advice, but showed me some paints on sale that would work for me. While he was helping me, another gentleman pointed to him and told me that he's really good.Another great experience at the store !

Too long to write, and honestly all the bad reviews are spot on. Their customer service is atrocious and I'll never shop at any Home Depot after today ever again.

Above average Home Depot in my opinion, as far as helpful and friendly employees. We were in the store for about 20 minutes, And several people ask us if we needed help. I have been to Home Depots where NOBODY offered assistance. Right now, they are having a really good sale on air-conditioning filters.

Horrible experience. Went into the store to purchase a new washing machine. Paperwork done, delivery set for 6 days later. All was good.Delivery day came, got text saying out for delivery, was #10 on the list and an estimated delivery time. Time came, and got an alert "we're here" followed immediately by "delivery attempted, sorry we missed you. we will contact you to reschedule". What? I've been here all day. No one showed up. Period.Contacted the 800 number and was told because we're in a gated community and they didn't have the gate code, too bad. Give us the gate code and we'll be back Monday (4 days from now). They cannot contact the delivery truck because it's a "third party" delivery service and they can't do anything until Monday.I explained to the salesman (Jorge) that we were in a gated community, and gave him the gate code when I made the purchase. But he didn't bother to add that info to the delivery instructions. Besides having supplied them with the code, the gate has a call box, and they have my cell number. They didn't bother to try the call box, nor did they bother to call me.I escallated to the operations manager at the local store ("John"). Nothing he could do either... because "the delivery service is NOT Home Depot"). We're sorry, but next available delivery window is Monday (4 days from now).So, since they couldn't do anything to correct their incompetence, I took action. I cancelled the order and ordered a washing machine from Lowes.Home Depot has lost a customer for life... too many options to put up with this garbage... Lowes, Ace Hardware, True Value...

I ordered a product to be Shipped to the store to be picked up by March 2. I show it was delivered March 2 at 3pm. I am still awaiting an email to go pick it up. It's been 2 days and they can verify it's there but can't tell me when I'll get it. this is ridiculous. I paid for it promptly and it was shipped promptly. home depot is the only party here not taking care of their side. Never. Again.

Online pick-up orders have always been ready fast & accurate. When I shop inside, staff is always willing to share their advice, opinion, expertise. Sometimes they are a little thin on staff or they are just busy helping others, but I've always been able to get the service & products I need. Staff is super friendly too!

I give this Home Depot location 4 stars for the employees. The staff is helpful in finding items. People in the garden center are usually friendly. There is a wide variety of small succulents. On my latest trip, I found some beautifully healthy plants. I purchased vibrant lavender, rosemary, snapdragons, and some succulents. My hall made for a nice winter afternoon of gardening. Inside, selection can be limited. Sometimes, it is best to check online for items before heading out.

I took my dad to his third Home Depot this evening looking for Christmas Laser lights that online showed were in stock. However, once we arrived they no longer had them in stock. We asked the manager if they would be getting anymore in stock however, they are seasonal so no. This manager went above and beyond and got an associate to get down the display model from their display and sold us what he had in stock. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me as my dad uses a walker and recently had heart surgery and it is difficult for him to be getting in and out of his car and walking into the stores. Thank you Home Depot of Peoria and 92nd Ave. as you went above and beyond to help.
