My vehicle was unfortunately broken into overnight and Preferred Auto Glass was about to quickly get me an appointment and replaced my passenger side window all within 3 hours of calling. My original estimate was around $250 and I was amazed that my final price was only half that. The window looks fantastic and the installer was super efficient, kind and tidy. They were even able to come to my workplace to get it done so I didn't miss a day of work. This place is awesome!!

Fantastic service and company!!! Scheduled when most convenient for me. Sarah, Jonathan and John were all personable and knowledgeable. I have several vehicles and will definitely use them again for any future glass needs.

I thought the end result was excellent! They also have decent price and same day because unfortunately car windows potentially can break and we all need our car to be road ready! Really easy and smooth experience! Thankyou preferred auto glass !!

I don’t normally leave reviews but both John and Diane (I think that’s her name) are awesome! Diane is extremely friendly and personable. While John was also very friendly and quick with my windshield chip repair, as well as my window replacement a few weeks later. I was a little nervous about the privacy tint matching, but it was perfect! The prices are reasonable as well. Definitely recommend!

Quick and efficient, very personable, came right to my work to fix my windshield. Loved that I got the same people every time I called versus having to talk to ten different customer service reps. Helped me through the trouble the insurance gave me and even stayed on the phone to coordinate. Give them your business and keep places like this going ❤️

Great experience! Got back to me right away and sent someone out to my house the next day. $100's of dollars cheaper than Safelite and they did a fantastic job. Technician was professional, courteous and on time. I will definitely be using this company again.

If you need glass work done, I highly recommend this family owned business. They will work to take care of you and if you want your windows tinted prior to install just work with them to have Aladdin’s install the tint prior to the glass replacement. You can’t beat the convenience of these two companies near each other and will continue to use them for all of my glass and tint needs!

Preferred Auto Glass was a pleasure to work with and their staff gets an A+ rating from me. Their customer service rep contacted me immediately after filling out an online inquiry and tried to help me save money by filling a claim with my insurance provider. Even though that didn’t work he stayed with me on the phone the entire time. They were also able to get their crew out the same day I made my inquiry. They showed up to my place way past normal business hours and replaced my cracked windshield quickly and efficiently. Nice guys too! Will definitely use them again!?Service: Auto windshield repair

I came here for a 4 day weekend and needed a windshield badly. One call later preferred had me scheduled for same day service. They handled it like magic and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend Johnathon's great meticulous work!

I needed my windshield replaced the next day and they accommodated my needs and had me done before I needed to leave! They made a promise and kept their word! That is hard to find these days. I would and will being recommending them to all I can.

John and Diane at Preferred Auto Glass were wonderful to work with. Very responsive, and they did great work. I drive a 2021 Subaru Outback that required calibration of the camera. They coordinated with Subaru to acquire dealer glass. I filed my claim with my insurance company on a Monday and the work was done by Friday on a holiday week.
