Don't send your Rx here! They don't call you back on time. They don't fill the scrip on time. They text you that your order is ready, five minutes before they close on a Friday night before the long holiday weekend. They close five minutes early every day, so if you're trying to get there at the end of your workday, and show up at 5:59 and it's too late. Even while trying call three times before they close that you're on your way and they just send it to voicemail. There's SO much more that I could list... Just go somewhere else that values you as a customer....

I don’t understand why their ratings is only 4.1. Every time I’ve called to ask questions, not even a patient yet mind you. But they don’t know this. They have been kind, never made me feel rushed. The times ive called they are females but I don’t know their names. I became a patient today because of how kind and professional they have been. I’m excited to use my new pharmacy. Thank you ladies for making me feel welcomed

just cruizin' through, looking for a certain type of compounding pharmacy, I am quite pleased to see some thoughtful and up to date recommendations for human health.. In a world of pills and potions, it's refreshing to see a pharmacist make recommendations beyond someone else's prescriptions!

Just started using this apothecary shop a few months ago, as the medicine I had been using for years was no longer available premade and available for purchase at CVS or Walgreens. It now must to be compounded by an apothecary and purchased through the apothecary shop, in this case, Potter’s House. I was very impressed with Potter’s House. Considering the medication has to be compounded, it was ready in a reasonable amount of time. They called to let me know it was ready, and even offered to ship it to me, free of charge, if I was unable to pick it up for any reason. The shop itself was much larger than I had anticipated. I knew it was in a different location than the last time I used their services, but did not know if this shop was covering the same shop area as when I had been to Potter’s House before, or if this shop was covering an entirely different area. The employee was very pleasant. Although she appears to be quite young, she also appeared to have either been doing the job for quite some time, or had been trained really well, as she knew what she was doing. Even when something out of the norm occurred, she knew how to handle it. Mr experiences this far with Potter’s House have been very positive, and I only wish that I could use them for all my prescription meds.

A few weeks ago I called Potter's House to let them know my 16 year old Chihuahua Mojo, who had been receiving his heart medication from them, had passed. I just wanted to make sure his medications were not going to be refilled. About a week later I got a card in the mail hand signed by over a dozen employees, sending condolences for my loss. Some of them even wrote about Mojo specifically. I was absolutely not expecting this. While I have always received great service from Potter's House, this went above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness and sweet gesture in such a devastating time. I am so grateful.

Allison provides exemplary service to customers. I talked with her this morning and she went above and beyond, calling the doctor again for us and helping us expedite the script before my wife's trip! Additionally, she kept us informed on the status regarding her selfless acts of kindness.Allison has made our day!

This review is for pet medication only. I have to redo my review. They have been really helpful and attentive to our cat’s medication and they helped me get it straightened out. So, I was frustrated and gave them two stars because I can never reach them when I call them. Now I am bumping it up to four stars because they do seem to always call me back and they go out of their way to help.

I am a patient next Door at Dr Carmen Meredith. I use PHA as my compounding pharmacy needs. The absolute best Sterile Pharmacy Lab. Hardworking Techs and great pharmacist. I can always count on PHA to fill my medication in a timely manner. I also like that I can have my RX mailed to me with my busy schedule. Thanks for all you do.

Last week I attempted to fill my prescriptions refill by using the text feature on my iPhone, all seemed to be going well even received a response that the script was in process. Four business days go by not including the weekend so that's 6 days total. the Customer Service Rep (CSR) tells me I need to PrePay for the script which I've never done prior. I attempted to educate the CSR by indicating that it is not customary to prepay anything making a retail purchase prior to item pickup or shipment... and by the way when will my script be Ready?... Next Tuesday that's another five days without the Meds... Ok, so it's now Tuesday going on Wednesday and another CSR calls back and says "We haven't filled your script yet since we now require all scripts to be prepaid... WTF!!! I ran into this situation previously this year where Potter's wanted payment in full upfront and they would run your credit card immediately then leave you hanging waiting till they create your compounded prescription in three to five days and pay them CASH$$$... Again WTF? Last year I never had this problem or issue with Potter's with the exception of very long lead times, the only this I can say is "Buyer Beware" My gut feeling is that the business is mismanaged and has s serious cash flow problem... Not My Problem.

This is the 3rd time I have gone in for my prescription and it is not ready. I confirmed on Friday and it is hard to get there before they close when you work and then to have no prescription ready

Twice now, this pharmacy has called us to say “You can pick up your Rx anytime after [time]. Twice now, I’ve arrived at the pharmacy—some 20 miles away, during afternoon rush hour—only to be told they no, the Rx was not ready. And, in fact, it hadn’t even been started.This is maddening. I get that it’s a compounding pharmacy and it takes time to create the Rx in the lab. But why they call well before the work is done and give a multi-hours-away time for pickup that they have yet to meet us beyond me.Next time, I’ll just wait until the next day and call to see if the script is sitting in a bag and waiting for pickup. Anything else is unbelievable.

I have used Potter's House for a compound for about 4years. It always take about 5-6 days to get my prescription after it has been submitted. That has not been a big issue until last spring when I asked them if they could have in 4 days as we were leaving for the summer. I was told they could. Two days after leaving for the summer they texted me to say it was ready. I still stuck with them until last week. I called on a Friday and left a message with script #, birthdate, phone, name. When I had not heard from them I called my Dr. Office which is about one half block away from Potter's. The M.A. went over there and Potter's said I had never called. They said they did not have a request from me. In other words they indicated I was a liar. Enough for me. I called Pharmaprodia on Bell. They acquired my prescription from Potter's and I had it in 2 days!! It was also cheaper than Potter's. So happy I switched.
