I’ve been going to this location for almost a year and it’s always clean! I always see the staff cleaning the machines, too. I appreciate that the staff is always very friendly coming and going. This location was just upgraded and I love the new equipment. Definitely recommend!

I have been coming to this gym for years, pre-Covid! I love coming in first thing in the morning, the crew that is there overnight into the very early-morning hours is friendly, helpful and welcoming. I appreciate that Lane actually makes the rounds in the gym to help people and prevent them from injuring themselves unnecessarily. It warms my nurse heart.

i usually don’t mind this location but tonight was terrible enough for me to never come back to this location at night. about 7 people including 2-3 employees were at the front desk for about 30 minutes screaming and yelling, laughing so loud i could hear it through my airpods turnt all the way up! and i was on the treadmills / weights all the way at the end of the gym. i have videos but it won’t let me attach them, definitely will be showing corporate though. some of us come to the gym at night after a long stressful day to escape and improve health. you completely ruining that is probably not in your job description. i don’t care if employees talk to friends, but WHY are you YELLING so loud at 10PM!?!? w lake pleasant prkwy, i know there’s only a couple members at night working out, but PLEASE be a little more considerate of the people working out.

Buyer beware. These guys will never let you cancel your membership, even moving out of state. The manager is always "away" and "will" call you back to cancel. My sister had to block them at the bank after sending certified letters. Be cautious. Predatory company.

For a year and a half I barely had any problems at this location, taking my guest with me , both of us getting a massage here an there ...
About 2 months ago we had to create a profile for the guests , about a month ago they started not letting my guest and I get a massage. As my guest is my wife, I'd let her get the massage, she is the boss .
Yesterday I asked for a massage chair , and 30 seconds after she laid down, the new employee ( apparently a new supervisor or manager) turned it off. I asked what happened and he said she can't get the massage , as she is not the member.
I told him that I wanted her to have my massage, I didn't want one .
He said I cant do that, is the policy .
As veteran I understand policies and as a professional I understand costumer service and that was a extremely poor one . So I just cancelled my membership on the spot. Not only the location lost the costumer ( one of the few that actually go to the gym), but the whole chain. Not a big deal for Planet fitness, I know .
But I'm the costumer that never comes back.

The availability of the massage equipment whenever I need. I have really bad arthritis throughout my entire body so workouts leave me extremely sore. The hydro-massage beds help relieve a lot of my muscle pain after my workouts.

What happened to the 2 ladies that works night. I have seen a difference since they haven't been there. Very friendly and happy. Always greeted me with a warm smile and positive attitude.
