I’m from out of state so it was kinda scary at first buying a car in AZ but I really wanted this one, John and Nick literary talked me thru every step I was going to go thru. I found this car and had to have it but wasn’t sure about buying a car in a completely different state without actually looking or test driving it, but both these guys made sure everything was good on the car and thru in a warranty because of their confidence in their product … let me just say everything's was set so perfectly that when I jumped off the plane I jumped in my car. Huge shoutout to both these guys they def got me a great deal and held up to their word and that’s rare these days so thank you for making this the most easiest flawless purchase …y’all are real G.O.A.T.???? ova there

I went into Peoria Nissan after finding a vehicle online that perked my shopping interest since I was out looking for a vehicle to buy for my kid.Heather D. was the sales rep that assisted me with the process. Heather was great to work with! She did a great job of presenting the car with reasons why it was a good "starter" car for my kid. She was patient (as I had other little ones with me) and kept the flow of conversation moving so that I didn't get antsy. As far as negotiations, I felt the whole time like she truly was a mediator between me and the "big bad managers" and kept my needs at the forefront. Although there was a little back and forth, which is to be expected. I never felt like I was pulling teeth and that they were really looking to with with me as much a possible. And just so you know, the managers that I did talk to were all nice as well, not big and bad!Once the deal was complete, I moved to the document signing. Great thing is the wait was minimal compared to other experiences I have had. I worked with Stefan who presented me with options to protect my new car. And although I went in with the idea of saying "no" to the grave, he gave great reasons and a great deal that I couldn't pass up an ultimately accepted. All while still understanding my finances position.Overall great experience with the team and process here at Peoria Nissan. If you get a chance and are in the market, make sure you ask for Heather. She really does a great job of understanding your needs and doing her best to work with you. I'll be back to Peoria Nissan for sure for another purchase in the future!

I was treated with respect and courtesy by everyone involved in the purchase. No one pressured me to buy things I didn’t want. Overall it was a good car-buying experience-and hitting the gong is super fun!I’ve now had my new Rogue almost a month, and I’m very impressed with the customer service I’ve received from Peoria Nissan. Brendan, the salesman I worked with when I purchased my car, called about two weeks after my purchase to see how things were going. There is a tiny defect in the paint-literally unnoticeable-and they insisted on scheduling me to come in so they can touch it up. One of the managers, Eric, told me Nissan pays their salesmen to sell cars. They pay them to build relationships. They have a customer for life.

Had a great experience with the team at Peoria Nissan. Long story short, I needed a car quick because my previous car had issues that were too expensive for me to repair. They took my old car in on trade for much more than I expected and helped me get out from underneath the loan. I worked with Tyler Walrod and Matt Skinner. Both were extremely helpful and gave the best customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership. Matt was patient with me, showed me all my options, and helped get me into a Nissan pathfinder, which is perfect for me and my family. The whole process didn’t take long either. Overall it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I highly recommend Nissan Peoria and Matt and Tyler to anyone looking to get a new car.

I bought a 2018 kia optima from them about 3 months ago, everything went well, bit I had in writing a spar tire and haven't received it still. UPDATE: Always been calling them for spare tire and put one in and say they'll call back, but I never get a call back.Finally got the spare tire 2 weeks ago, which was a week after this post...

I felt cared for from the time I walked into the dealership looking for a used vehicle. I met Ali and he went above and beyond to act professionally. This was my first experience with Peoria Nissan. I have dealt with other dealerships over the years and this was the best from start to purchase of my Hyundai Santa Fe. The finance manager was also very professional and helpful. I will definitely go there again for future business!

Al always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs come first! My car wasn’t going to be ready due to complications and he was quick to jump in and make sure I had a rental to get me by. He is always looking out for his Customers. Best Service advisor we could ask for!

The appointment for my auto service was set quickly. I arrived and immediately was helped. They started on my car immediately and I had a very comfortable wait in the waiting area. My manager was efficient and polite. Suggested work on the car was presented and I was able to choose the work I wanted to do this time. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Great experience!

Customer Service was excellent. I drove up from Tucson and got to the dealership early but Marcus was fantastic and accommodated me by taking care of me and my car with prompt and professial expertise. He was courteous, friendly and helpful . He explained clearly what was going to be done, the approximate time it would take, and cost. He made us comfortable in the waiting area and after the work was done, he escorted us to my car. In fact, the service was so prompt and efficient that the wait time for my car to be completed was shorter than quoted which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. It was such a pleasure being assisted by Marcus. I purchased my car at Peoria a year and a half ago and from day one got excellent service. Because of valued employees like Marcus, I don't mind driving up from Tucson to get my car serviced at Peoria Nissan. I look forward to receiving the excellent service from Marcus and the professional Peoria Nissan team.

Our salesman, Matt Skinner was just a joy to work with! He made the car buying experience enjoyable. Matt was knowledgeable about the vehicle and I felt he was genuinely excited for us that we found exactly what we were looking for. The entire staff and the atmosphere at this dealership was fun, friendly and inviting. I would definitely do business with them again in the future and would highly recommend to everyone! Awful experience. Didn't honor online price initially. Finance was worse trying to sell you 48 months extended warranty. It is actually 12 months since the car comes with 36 months. Deceptive sales tactics. Sold me a car with 4,250 miles as new. They get around this by not titling the car. Probably used by the office staff. Ask what the millage is before you buy a car. I have the car for 3 weeks and been to their shop to check air pressure 3 timers the first week. They will only add air each time. I am just adding air every week. Called the salesman and didn't get a call back. The salesman called me several times to come and fill out favorable survey. He claims they will reduce his pay by 20% if I don't fill it out. He ended up taking my phone and filling it out himself. Avoid this place.

Employees were helpful. Service was completed in a timely manner. Nothing free, bill over 115$ & paid. I've owned a Nissan for over 20 years. This is the first time EVER that my vehicle was returned dirty after receiving service, especially after PAID servicing. My vehicles have always been returned shiny & clean. I won't be returning to this dealership.

The most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with a service department! I took my car in due to a concern with the wheels shaking. Find out that it needs a part that needs to be ordered. I was told that my warranty covered two days of a rental car. My car was there for 3 weeks waiting on the part to come in and be replaced. Over the span of the 3 weeks, I received a total of 2 phone calls, one of them being that the car was ready for pickup. I had to initiate every other call to keep updated on what was going on, and every time I received “the part is on back order, no ETA, and no rental cars were available.” So carless and clueless for 3 weeks. Upon returning I find my driver seat damaged. This issue wasn’t discussed at the time of pick up. I had to return to address the issue in which I was told “oh yeah they’ve ordered the fabric and they will give you a call when it comes in.” I asked for documentation in which had to be typed up at that time indicating that it probably had not been considered. This service department dropped the ball on both integrity and communication. I am highly disappointed and will not be using this service department for any needs.

Micheal was fantastic in finding a used car that fit our needs and budget and didn't try to over sell us. They have a huge inventory and the process was much easier that I anticipated. I definitely give Peoria Nissan sales department two big thumbs up.
