I've been a customer for 12 years, recently with my 5th new Mustang. Customer service at the service department was always professional, welcoming, informative, and on-time service. Never had an issue with any of the service representatives, they don't push for unnecessary services. All the maintenance services were accurate and on time. They inform you about things that should be done, then upon your consent, they proceed. On my last visit, Mike G. the service manager arranged my new car's window tinting for the very next day, and also a rental car so I could leave my car overnight and go to work. Thank you for the professional and quick service. Keep up the good work!If you have service issues or questions, I can recommend talking to Mike.

Recently, my little 9-year-old hatchback was wrecked and totaled.I really loved that car (I had purchased It as a new car), so I was now shopping for another one.Mine had good mileage and was in good shape, but as I looked online, I realized that mine was a really popular car and that many have over 100k miles on them.I had already looked at one, but it was not yet ready to test drive, and as I looked online as I stopped for breakfast and found two more. One was 5-10 miles away and the other was at Peoria Ford, which I was near, I decided to go there first. At Peoria Ford I talked to a really nice young Sales Consultant named Chris Castillo, who showed me the car I was asking about and took me for a test drive in it.I really liked the car, but explained to Chris that I had one more to look at and that I was waiting to get to drive the first one, I just wasn't ready. Then Chris's boss, Trevor Vona, came in to say Hi to us and I told him that I wasn't ready and explained my situation. Both of these guys were not only nice, but fun, and even though I was ready to leave, I was enjoying myself!!!Before I left, the manager, John Hickey came in and I don't know if it was the "Godfather" Deal he ended up offering me or his blue eyes, which I've heard never fail, but I could not refuse the deal I was made.I already liked the car a lot!I already liked the dealership, since I had been enjoying the time spent with Chris and Trevor, John's blue eyes and great offer just made it irresistible!!!I love my new used car!!!It is everything I lost in the accident and more!!!And I've never in my life had so much fun buying a car!!!Yes, I said that!!!

When I called they told me they'd need my car for a week just to determine the problem. Took it to Sanderson Ford & got an answer the same day.

I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional support from Cliff during my recent visit to Peoria Ford, and I must say it was a top-notch experience. From the moment I walked in, Cliff and I engaged in multiple discussions about my beloved Mustang throughout the entire process. His commitment to keeping me informed with constant updates truly stood out.The journey began with the quick service team, and when my Mustang required some extra attention, it seamlessly transitioned to another department. What sets Cliff apart is his proactive approach in keeping me in the loop regarding every new development. His communication was not only informative but also conveyed a genuine sense of politeness and professionalism. Before this experience, I had reservations about entrusting my vehicle's maintenance to a dealership, as I always held the belief that they might be more interested in their bottom line than customer satisfaction. However, my interaction with Cliff completely shattered those preconceptions. He added a very personal touch to the service, which made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. My experience with Cliff at Peoria Ford was not just about great service; it was about building a relationship and ensuring that my Mustang received the best care possible. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and I'm now looking forward to referring my friends to bring their Fords to this dealership. Thank you, Cliff!

This dealership ruined my bronco experience. I want to love it. I want to drive it but I'm afraid now.I also hate to give bad reviews because My experience buying a Ford bronco from this dealership started out pretty good with an easy sales process friendly salespeople and financing.I got a nice photo from them after the sale from the partner/GM of The dealership Pat.After exactly 1800 mi of gently driving my bronco the clutch went out. According to the service manual, clutches are warrantied unless there is evidence of abuse.I was not concerned dropping it off there for a repair because I know I did not abuse the clutch. Figured there was some easy manufacturer fix for this as it was basically a brand new car.Ford took apart the clutch and claimed that the clutch was abused and therefore not covered under any warranty and therefore would cost me $4,800 to repair a brand new clutch.I assured them I did not drive badly. I have been driving a clutch for 20 years. Never had one go bad on me ever. This bronco was babyed around the neighborhood taken on one dirt road with zero abuse.I asked them to check the computer to see that the RPMs had probably never even gone over 3,000. They refused said it didn't matter.I contacted Ford corporate to let them know how upset I was. They said since the dealership labeled it abuse they were not able to cover it under Ford's Goodwill warranty either. The issue I'm having is the clutch was not abused, Ford corporate has been friendly and kind at every step, but at the end of the day could care less about getting to the bottom of how a clutch could go bad under basic driving conditions. So needless to say, Ford does not stand by their products and this dealership diagnosis things in error.I tried to bring it to another clutch shop because I've called several shops saying there's no way the clutch should go bad under 2,000 miles under almost any conditions except extreme abuse. But Peoria Ford refused to even let me take the vehicle for a second opinion without paying them a minimum of $1600. Just for their "diagnosis". In my opinion I will not be recommending for broncos with a manual clutch. Nor will I ever return to a dealership that misdiagnosed the issues without any real attempt to figure out what could have gone wrong without abusing it.I spoke with Carlos, the service advisor Mike, the service manager as well as Pat McPhee, the managing partner who were all nice people but beholden to the book which states that if the clutch goes bad for any reason, it's a customer's fault unless they can prove a manufacturer defect which apparently never happens in clutches according to Ford. So I'd like to see them remove any clutches from warranties because they will just blame any manufacturer defects on consumer operator error.Imagine if your tires just fell off at 2000 mi and they tried to blame it on your driving. That's Peoria Ford in a nutshell.

Garrett is a joke of a human. I ordered a Mach E back in September because I was pregnant I needed a bigger car. After waiting NINE months, I was so excited to get this car. But of course dealerships not getting with the times, they had to put a giant dent in my experience. First I dealt with Agron who was ok. He kept pushing me to come into the dealership and I kept explaining I have a very tiny baby and they're very sick. He kept insisting to try because it was the last day of the month. They did not offer in home delivery over the phone and even after choosing that option online they still tried to get hubby to go in. It's almost like they can't see you're a person. Garrett started driving to the house the next day without letting me or my hubby know. I had to leave my crying infant who was breastfeeding to sign his paperwork because he couldn't be bothered to wait 30 mins for hubby to get home. He threatened to drive the car away. He said they're only making 75 dollars off this 50 thousand dollar car and he was "doing me a favor". After I signed all the paperwork he's telling me all the features I don't care about, you know because I was 2 month old that needs me inside. I suspect Garrett is an incel because as soon as hubby came home he suddenly found his manners. He was also rude to my MIL who is the sweetest old lady and he rang the doorbell even though I have a literal sign saying please don't I have a baby sleeping inside. Sexism exists but it was just a slap in the face to have to experience it in my home literally just getting a car dropped off. If you order a vehicle from ford directly expect to have to twist their arm to get vehicle delivery. They kept insisting I needed to come in to sign. They really do love to sit you down in that finance office and tire you out until you get some additional bs things you definitely don't need.Oh and also Garrett told me this car does 0-60 in 2.5 seconds. BFFR there's only a handful of cars in the world that go that fast, and it's certainly not no base Mach e. It's 6.3 seconds btw. I'm sure he's the kind of guy that drives a Honda civic sport and tells all his friends how fast it is because it's the sport edition. The car is great though and ford.com was awesome too. Just the middleman experience with Garrett that ruined it.

DO NOT ORDER A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I ordered a 2023 Ford Explorer from Peoria Ford in January. I got an email from Ford saying my Explorer was delivered. Order # W305, VIN: 1FM5K7GC4PGB05419. I called Peoria Ford and spoke to sales manager Josh. He told me they sold my Explorer to someone else. I then filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company Case: CAS42644407. What a kick in the pants. I waited for 3 months for the car I and they sell it to someone else. I hope whomever they sold it to enjoys it. That is terrible customer service. Now I have to order another Explorer from another dealership and wait another 3 months. I may just bail on Ford completely and switch to BMW. They probably treat their customers better. Thanks for nothing Peoria Ford.
