As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The guy (I didn't get his name) was super nice and helped me pick out windshield wipers - he told me the sales and didn't try to upsell me. He looked up the correct ones for my car and even put the windshield wipers on for me. Great experience.

Today (Mothers day) I came into the store and Logan was very quick to help me with my jeep. I had explained that mu engine light was on so he quickly grabbed the code reader and ran it in the system and let me know my options. Then I explained that she started running a little hot so the coolant might be low. We looked up thr right one and after paying he offered to top it off for me. It was in fact low! Logan-- you sir are amazing and I can't thank you enough for your help and willingness to teach me a few things today!! One of the best O'Reilly employees (or any auto store for that matter) that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!!

Went in for an oil cap replacement as mine seemed to overheat and didn't seem very functional. A gentleman there actually came out and helped us with the damaged oil cap that had broken off during the attempt to remove it. Excellent customer service here
