I own a towing company and have pretty much always come to Orielly's for all of my commercial trucks and personal vehicles. I have worked with many of their employees over the years at different locations and for the most part it has been a great experience. The associates at the 67th/Peoria location are by far the best yet. William is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He has always gone above and beyond to be helpful,fair,honerable and provide an all around great experience. If I were to move out of the area, I would drive the extra miles and continue to do business with them.

don't really recommend coming here. Try and ask simple questions where im not totally mechanically inclined and i forget the guy's name but he will just talk to you in a very condescending way and laugh and randomly tell you to "save your money" even though there was no talk of pricing at all. don't go here, lead you in the way wrong direction. go somewhere respectable.

Tony and Anthony were absolutely amazing today. I was sold some wrong parts by a competitor store and continued to have car issues. The only knowledge I have of cars is how to drive one, this ment I had so many questions. Tony and Anthony were so helpful and patient with me. And ended up leading me into the direction I needed to go and Installed the parts needed for my car. For as long and Tony and Anthony are here I will be a forever customer. Oh and they were great with my kids too!! thanks guys!

I've heard this store is no nonsense pros. My son was right. I needed supports for my camper shell back window. The counter help guy said he knew exactly what I needed. But was out of stock, and he could have in tomorrow morning. Great, I paid and was promptly notified first thing around 8am. It's about 1/2 mile further than the O Reillys I normally go to but wort it. They get all my bussness going forward.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is a really great place to go get your automotive needs. I've been to a few other ones but this one has the best customer service and I would like to give a Thank You to Marty for giving me a hand. I actually stopped in this one because I needed some window wiper blades and he helped me out then after purchasing them he actually went out and put them on my car for me. That is some outstanding customer service and I did not even expect that. O'Reilly's Auto Parts has items like some of the synthetic oil's or maybe even some tools that AutoZone and Checkers and some other auto stores don't have. I never have a problem getting whatever I need whenever I go to one of the O'Reilly Auto Parts stores. And whenever I have purchased something that maybe one of the auto stores have they have about the same price and same warranty if not a better one. So I would say come to O'Reilly's Auto Parts first before you check out the other automotive part stores and you would probably find what you need. You might even get a better price that wouldn't surprise me. After purchasing my window wiper blades I did check the website of the other automotive parts stores to compare the difference in price and I actually got a better brand and paid unless your price then I would have at any other automotive parts store.
