Dead quiet. This time of day was great to get in and out or just to be their number 1 customer (biggest fan vibe).

First, Jeffrey is an amazing human!!! This store is full of wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable individuals that truly care! What a difference that makes!! I am not a car girl, but I don’t have to be in order to know these guys here really care! Thank you so much for helping a girl feel safer on the road! 10/10 recommend!!!

Eli was great!! He not only processed the transaction for my battery purchase, but also replaced the old battery with the new one, all in a very timely & professional manner. I've never had had an issue with this O'Reilly location. The entire staff has been very helpful throughout the years. Thank you!!

Just spoke with State Farm Roadside Assistance who helped me yesterday. He will no longer recommend this O'Reilly's location. The manager, Josh, and employees have no clue what customer service is. I am a 70 year old lady who purchased a bad battery from a different O'reilly. That store was awesome. This O'Reilly would not install due to "tough installation" flag on my car. I took the part off myself after borrowing a screwdriver from a nice man in the lot. What a bunch of lazy young people. They did not care at all. NEVER again. Such a poor representation of the O'Reilly company. My car is a 2005 which I have had for 19 years. In AZ a battery lasts for approx. 2 years. Give or take that would be 7 batteries over the years and I have NEVER been told I had to remove a part.

Very poor customer service it's not the responsibility of the customer to make change for the store it's the mangers job. When you call for a part and they say we have it and you get there and they don't that means you need a new manager

My car would not start the morning I had to take my girlfriend for surgery. The auto zone failed and the Ford dealer only could take after 3pm. Orielly's manger on Peoria ave came through in time and even installed the battery for me eventhough he had never done a Hybrid trunk battery.

I went there looking for pliers for snap washers and they had several options. While i was there i remembered i needed a spare tire tool for my Ford explorer and they didn’t have one but the young man working there said he owned one for an explorer and didn’t need it and that i could have it. Can you believe how nice that is. If that isn’t the definition of going above and beyond then i don’t know what is. I can’t remember his name but if you ask around he owns the 4 door explorer at the Peoria and 91 ave location. True example of what makes me want to return. If they were smart, they would promote him. He’s definitely an asset to the company.
