I have tried many hair stylists in this area over the years, looking for this talented professional. It is all about the cut for me! Nicky is the best stylist by far I have found. I finally found the one for me. You won't be disappointed!

Gave her a few tries but this is nothing special but pricy. Stylist never quit talking about herself for my two appointments. I now need to get my haircut corrected so looking elsewhere. All I need ifs my hair done I don't need your life story.

Nikki did a very thorough job. First listening to what I wanted and then only trimming sides and back first. After that was done then she trimmed the top to my liking. Washed my hair to start and finished with a wash to get rid of loose hair. Quality work without rushing you out the door.

I was referred to Nicky and was told she was excellent. I'm just amazed at what she did with my hair. She's a miracle worker!!! She is kind and compassionate on top of being an expert with hair.I will definitely continue to go to her for my highlights and cut..

Love, love, love Nicky! While I gave up coloring my hair years ago, I love getting a great haircut and I was having a tough time finding someone to do a great job. I found Nicky here on Yelp and she has done a marvelous job every time! I would recommend Nicky to anyone looking for a dependable and knowledgeable stylist.

I went to see Nicky to get my hair colored and cut. I was looking forward to seeing her. She is very polite when she texts, includes emojis with hearts and kisses. Appears very warm and kind in the texts. So despite the raging pandemic I took a chance. She gave me advice about colour and I took it. She did not wear a mask and complained incessantly about wearing one & about people who did. She allowed politics to get in the way. She used some inappropriate language as she spoke about her political view point & those who had a different view point. She finally said she would wear a mask if her clients asked her to so I asked her to wear one. ( I was wearing mine) She had said she would faint if she wore one. She did not faint. I became silent as all I wanted to do was get out of there. I was very uncomfortable. I had wanted to relax and get my hair done. Truth be told I liked what she did. In my opinion she knows how to cut and color, but because of my experience with her I won’t be going back. I found someone else.Services: Haircut

January 2021 moved to Peoria from out of state. Went to the first stylist with an opening... after that disastrous hair cut I found Nicky on Yelp. She worked miracles correcting a bad hair cut (medium length bob style). Her skill to fix a disaster cut was excellent. My thick coarse hair was dry and out of shape from bad cut/color. Her skill and patience are top. She took her time on the cut and color/highlights. She listens to you carefully to understand what you want and she offers her advice from decades of hair style experience on how to accomplish your goal. BEST STYLIST in Peoria. Have been back three times.

I had my hair cut and colored by Nicky. She listened to what I wanted and she was upfront about pricing. She was very knowledgeable about how to cut my hair since I have a lot and it’s thick. She also had suggestions for length and styling based on my face shape. I was very happy with the cut and color.

Worst experience of my life. She wasn’t there when I arrived & came 15 minutes late after I contacted her. That wasn’t the bad part though. Kept telling me how horrible my hair looked, very mean & cruel. Left in tears. Never been treated that way by a hair stylist, or anyone really.

I recently moved to the area and needed a hair cut since it has been over a year since my last. Nicky was able to get me in very quickly. She listened to what I wanted and also provided great feedback on what would work best for me. It was the best hair cut for me since I moved back to AZ!

Nicky wasn't there when I arrived & finally showed up 15 minutes late after I texted her. I haven't had a haircut in 14 months because of Covid & I just moved here & was so excited to get it cut. I wanted to go back to a long bob like I had before it grew so long. It is layered but the layers have all gotten long. She proceeded to tell me how horrible my hair looked, how dry & damaged. I slept on it wet last week & had a huge tangle in the back that broke a bunch of hairs when I tried to get it out. The ends are dry and need to be trimmed but the rest looks great. She claimed I damaged it with a hot iron - I don't even own one. I don't use a blow dryer either. Then she said it must be damaged from bleach - NOT true, I am a natural blonde and too much sun has "bleached" it out. After being told for the 10th time in a mean tone of voice how horrible my hair looked, I broke into tears & ran out. I've been sitting in my car crying for 20 minutes, too upset to safely drive. I just moved here & I don't even know my way around. I have never been treated like this. Ever. Repeatedly telling me I looked horrible in a rude tone of voice is uncalled for. My husband has been telling me my hair looks great & he loves it long so maybe I will just leave it long & trim the ends myself. Too traumatized to go to a hairdresser here again anytime soon.
