I have been buying New Balance brand shoes for the past seven years since I was diagnosed with arthritis in my feet. I was unhappy with the store I had been going to and found Best Foot Forward shoes a couple of years ago. My experience with the store and the people that work there has been excellent. They always have had the shoes I needed and have never tried to upsell me other products that I didn’t need. I’m a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of inserts ($100+) at this store. The salesperson was just rude and not helpful at all. I had to return one of the inserts and received a lecture that sale items were not refundable.
Well, the salesperson sold me the item at full price and not on sale. Shame on me for not noticing day of purchase. However, when I pointed out upon returning the item (one day after purchase) that I had been charged full price, I did not even get an apology.
Just a very odd sales dynamic at this location and customer service is not good at all.
I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

2nd edit: Unfortunately,my feet were in a lot of pain at the end of walking in the smaller shoes for one day. I was in a rush when I purchased, so it’s ultimately my fault (caveat emptor), but the store attendant was very aware of my foot size. I don’t believe I will return because the store staff should be making sure to ensure the most correct size and fit possible for every customer due to the potential pain of too small sizing.Edited: shoes were a 1/2 size smaller than I was told. I bought 7s was told they were 7 1/2. The fit was snug but I was told the toe room was ok so I am still satisfied.Initial review: Perfect, attentive, small store for my needs. I’ll come here from now on for my New Balance shoes.

Went there for the first time today and we will be back in the future. I took my 3 kids under 10 and found shoes that fit all 3. Melia helped us and made sure we got the right fit for the kids. She helped make sure the new shoe inserts fit well. The store was quiet and calm. There wasn't a huge selection of youth shoes, but that was a plus for us because it made the process faster. Definitely ADHD kid friendly.

I give this place a "0" manager had a foul attitude. I felt so uncomfortable deciding which shoe I wanted to purchase because she was acting like I was going to steal from her store . Thanks to New Blance online thy had the shoe I wanted to purchase and it was on "sale". I would not recommend this "Best Foot Forward". Buyer be ware even the return policy has a bad attitude!

I needed another pair of New Balance shoes, so I called Melia at the Arrowhead store. She does a fantastic job getting the shoes I want, calling me when they are ready for pickup and making sure they are the right shoe and fit for me. Melia is so professional and knowledgeable. She always makes sure that I'm happy with my purchase.

The shoes are ok for the first 3 months but I guess if you work a desk job they start falling apart really quick, 2 months in and I had to exchange mine for a different pair because the bottom was starting to fall off.I'm roughly 6 months in and the sole of this shoe is currently falling apart. For a +$350 shoe this is not worth the money nor the foot pain
