The up front service from National Seating & Mobility (NSM) was excellent. Where the problems come into play is in the follow-up customer service. Do yourself a favor and review all the complaints NSM has received from the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, etc., they are prolific. I wish I had reviewed these complaints prior to using NSM, I would have gone with another company and saved myself a lot of headaches in the process.

I had an amazing tech Jeremy ( BSA CRTS MET ATP ) diagnose my Permobil m3 corpus. He was honest, extremely efficient, and explained in simple terms what the issue was and viable options that would be available. National seating & mobility couldn't have hired anyone better.

I used NSM for the first time in 2019 and LOVE the continues service and assistance I’ve received. I went back for my next chair last year. Steve Ortiz is full of knowledge and awesome with knowing what pieces and parts will work best and how to tweak and adjust just right. As a wheelchair user for the last 30= years I know how important this is and how hard a person and company like this is to find: if you’re in the Phoenix area, this is your place and he is the man!

My husband is a Quadraplegic. Steven Ortiz has taken care of my Husband over the last 6 years.
He is professional, knowledgeable in his line of work. Most importantly, he is caring, compassionate, and listens to us. He goes above and beyond to help us. These days, it's rare to find people like Steven, who do more then they have to.
We appreciate him and know we can rely on him!!

These guys are completely incompetent. Equipment orders are 6 months to years. Wheelchair I ordered came in a different color, but I was nice and didn't mention it when getting my equipment. I have derogatory text messages I will share online from the Branch Manager Steven Ortiz that will be pretty offensive for anyone who's disabled and using a wheelchair. Overall, it is the worst DME provider I have ever had to deal with. This has got to be dealt with sooner or later from corporate, or this company just doesn't care.

Absolutely terrible patient care with no accountability. We have used other providers before and have never experienced the complete disregard of life like this They should be ashamed. Official complaints are to come next as this should be a crime.

If a lawyer would like to do a class action lawsuit NSM for fraud the insurance I’ll support you against National Seating and mobility . 8 months and 3 visits and still bringing the wrong parts but yet love charging my insurance company for there mistakes
