This appears to be a privately owned franchise location. Staff was awsome at helping me find what I needed! Very friendly and courteous. Will shop there again. Also, they were the only store in the area that had the items I needed.

I wanted to come on here and say, there was a small hiccup that happened due to a core charge and because of Billy & Rob, they made this situation smoother for me. They were able to take care of the issue and do in a timely matter. I do appreciate their patience and I WILL be dealing with them from now on. Keep up the great work guys!

Tonight, on December 26,2023, the day after Christmas ?, I experienced the best customer service help from your employee and assistant manager Steven that I ever had in my 63 years on this planet. Steven went above and beyond his duty as an assistant manager to stay after closing time of his Napa store to help me remove a stubborn windshield windwiper arm. I hope that your organization takes notice of this great employee and promotes him to a store manager or general manager as he so much deserves. He is surely an asset to your company. Needed a new battery went to AutoZone they said my battery was good went to the store had to get a jump right after that person telling me my battery was good no more will I go to AutoZone for parts. It's Napa from now on the service is so much better and if you have a question they don't need to look on a computer for the answers.

I have to give a great review of this store! My husband passed away very recently; he was the one who maintained our vehicles for 46+ years, so I never worried about them. I was driving his Dodge Caravan, and the window washers stopped throwing out washing liquid. I stopped by Napa to get more fluid, thinking that was the problem. Steven helped me, and went out the van with me to help me open the hood. Turns out the plastic nozzle on drivers side had broken. We went back into the store, and they had the part in stock; and Steven came back out and installed it for me, as well as filled the washer fluid container. This was at 5 pm, they were very busy, and he still took the time to help me. I was having a bad day of grief and this one more little thing was overwhelming, and Steven raised my spirits considerably by being so helpful.
