A friend recommended them highly so I came in for a pedicure. They were soooooo pushy upselling. Like car salesman pushy. I had to say no several times to each thing she offered me. Although it was included in the service I asked her not to do the massage, hot rocks, etc. I said specifically I’ll still pay full price, but I just want my feet cleaned up and toes polished. She did not listen at all. My pedicure does look good so it’s still a 3 star, but I definitely will not be back.

Horrible people. I was asked not to speak Spanish. The lady told us no Spanish okay no Spanish. It's sad that people still act this way. If I could I'd give it zero stars.
Horrible service they told me I couldn't speak Spanish there I had never been treated that way.

Went yesterday morning they rushed on my daughters nails. Nails didn’t last long. By today the started to lift up. Had to go to another nails salon so they can be done right.. my nails was not smooth super bumping nail polish was sloppy. Uneven too. (Trying another place was notThe right thing to do so just stay with original nail salon you started with then looking for a new place! )

I don’t know where to start…my boyfriend and I went to get a pedicure together. They weren’t very welcoming when we walked in. I told them what we wanted and they kinda just looked at one another then sat us down. One of the techs was working on a lady sitting next to me and the tech was wearing a dress. She had her legs open the ENTIRE time. Exposing her underwear and such. She didn’t put in any sort of effort to try to cover herself. Like, come on. That’s not very lady like at all. It looks like they used the same tools on everyone. They didn’t open any sort of pouches with new tools. The tech working on me clipped my toenails into the towel and when he was done he tossed the nails onto the floor. It was just quiet and awkward in the place. No music, nothing. Went for a simple pedicure. What I got from Hanna was a great nail trim and foot massage. Well worth the price!

I tired this place out, but the first time I went there I felt that culture difference and lack of welcoming when you enter their establishment. You feel as thought they don't like what they do or the people they have to interact with. The continuous chatting back and forth with I beleive wife, husband and daughter makes you feel you're being talked about and almost makes you want to leave; it just rude. The wife did my nails the first time acrylic and gel polish, which I was pleased with. The demanding to give cash tips is another problem all it's own I didn't like. I called a few weeks later to see if I could come for a fill, and I was told they had open to come in, but when I arrived there was no customers and the women that did my nails before told her husband to take me, she was playing a game with her daughter and didn't want to take care of me. He was nice enough and communicated well in English, but he's not as good at doing nails. I needed a fill and cut back so I told him the shape I wanted Squround and I got squared which have points that can hurt when you scratch and is kind of an old style now. I paid kind of a lot I thought almost the same price as a full new set is, but I did have one nail that lifted so that required a bit more attention I guess. I traveled a long ways to their nail salon to enjoy spending the time and money to treat myself, but I don't think they get it what their business is all about, for them it's just a means of revenue and lacks passion for the industry their in and that making women beautiful and that's what women or men are coming to them for is an uplifting experience where they can relax and pamper themselves , which is a billion dollar making industry. They seemed to have lost a lot of potential long term customers based on a lot of negative reviews here. I would recommend, they seek some business consultants to help them improving their image and interactions with their clients!

I can say confidently after 25 years of getting my get or acrylic nails done do not go here. When you have to ask for several things like your nails to be completed appropriately or ask for them to clean them out underneath. It’s not good. I was told it would cost X but when I went to pay the number increased got sparkle nail polish and design and money for using my credit card. I was never told the prices are not posted. My mom hit her nails done too, they were rushed and after my nails took twice as long, she was upset. I thought my nails were bad, hers were rushed and the acrylic was sloppy. My extras the guy could not figure out when I came in with my nails in a ombré how to do it the polish is super messed up. Plus they are not using hygienic nail stuff in between using the same stuff on everyone. It’s a shame I will not ever go there again and do not recommend.Services: Nail art

Not a great experience. My nail tech was not very welcoming outside of asking if she could help me. I got a full new acrylic set, Nails we're very thick, not well shaped for a classy almond look. Four of the nails started lifting, it was very uncomfortable and I could feel water getting underneath the acrylic when washing my hands. I ended up having to go to a high scale salon to have many repairs done only after a week of wear. Very disappointed at the overall exp.

So it appears I should have read the reviews before coming here! I am so unhappy with my nails I could cry. $40 for deformed nails?!? The lady that sits closest to the register is horrible. No service and she rushed through my nails, yet there were No customers waiting. This is not what I asked for at all. I was texting my daughter while in the shop to get me an Instagram tech so she can fix this job. I was satisfied with the pedicure. No complaints there! Today was my last day using an Asian nail shop. I will be using an Instagram nail technician from here on out. I didn't feel comfortable I didn't feel welcome and I don't appreciate stuff like that when I'm paying my money that I went to work for. I didn't go in there and asked for no free service. I wasn't rude they had horrible energy. It was the worst experience.

Went in for an eyebrow wax for the first time and the service was quick and easy with good pricing. I recommend Mimi since she’s the one that did my eyebrows. Over all she was kind and gentle and will come back to get mine waxed again. i love david too. thank you very much
