It was my first time coming to this location, I have had horrible work on my nails in the past with other nail parlors. A coworker of mine recommended this place, and I'm glad she did. Mary is awesome, and not off putting like most technicians are. Her and her husband are the owners and the only techs there. Her and her husband were very gentle and listened to my requests.
Requested style: World of Warcraft Horde logo, she thought it looked a little rough. I loved it! Hard design to accomplish, but I think it looks awesome.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and it didn't smell like ammonia and nail polish. Very comfortable.

Ive been coming to Mary for over 5 years! Shes great at what she does. Shes always using clean tools and products. She does beautiful nail work. I recommend Model Nails for everyone!

Does designs - by hand! Very professional and fast. I feel so refreshed and revitalized when she is done! Feels like a friend of the family when ever I need nails done! I highly recommend if you are getting ready for job interviews or weddings! Mary will hook you up!

Their service was absolutely horrible. I walked in and asked for a nail set and the lady working there told me she doesn’t want to do my nails anymore because I was being too “picky”. Then, she proceeds to tell me to go somewhere else to do my nails.Service: Manicure

Only reason I ended up here was because my usual place was closed and my experience was painful and horrible. I asked for my acrylics to be taken off and knowing how it's properly done I assumed she was going to do an acetone soak but instead she ripped my nails off with a nail file basically tearing the top layer of all my nails off. It was so bad I decided against getting my nails done, I didn't want her to touch me anymore than necessary after that. And after realizing she wasn't getting a tip her entire attitude changed and she practically threw my change at me. NEVER AGAIN!!
