“We were looking to upgrade our old iPhone and decided to do it in store instead of doing it online. Melanie greeted us with a smile the moment we walked in and helped us in picking up the one that we liked. She spent a great deal of amount in explaining all the upgrade options we have and even helped us to cancel a line that was lingering in our account.
She was extremely proficient in her work and more than that, she was very customer friendly. I wouldn’t mind visiting this center again and recommend other friends and family as well. Definitely a 5 star experience.”

“This is one of only 3 or 4 corporate stores in the whole valley, All the other t mobile stores are kiosks/ Franchise stores. I always go out of my way to come to the store for the last 20 years Because of the professionalism of the employees which is way above what the kiosk stores can offer.”

“I was there on Feb 22 around 10:30 am. Only one young lady there and I didn't get her name. Had issue with apps on phone using extreme amount of my data /GB only a couple days into billing cycle and used close to half of what I get. She found problem took care if it wasn't pushy about any sells helped me find a phone I want and will be back to buy once it is in stock even took my number to let me know when available”
“I've had boost for years and their customer service honestly has been good about 15% of the time I just went through more stuff with them but today I had to buy a phone cash because of their mistake but the sales woman today, Lidia, was awesome and she made my day, I really wish they would have more sales people like her!!! Great job Lidia you need a raise!!!!”

“I love this Target! The customer service? Out of this world! Staff is always friendly. This store looks beautiful post construction. The Target Circle Deals are awesome when you do your add to wallet before you go. I really love the produce section too. Most of all this store is a place I can do one stop shopping for my family, my mom, and my dad. I'm constantly running back and forth between all these places to help my folks and have yet to be actually let down. Thanks Target!”
“I stopped in with a little time to kill. I had not been inside a Target to shop in I don't even remember how long... I walked in expecting to see rubber ducks, but I guess they have not made an appearance at this location. I wandered through aisles, just looking for things to spark my interest. While I did not see any mini brands books, there were a TON of other mini brands items. Their summer or springtime section had a lovely selection of cotton candy that I just had to have. The store has really changed from the last time I was in, but if you give yourself a moment to look around you will find something. I like the app is so user friendly, so I was able to add on a 5% savings for my purchase. I don't do in person shopping much, but I can see myself going back to entertain myself in the future.”

“I have had bad experiences with this place in the past but I went in today and had great service. I dropped my phone and it shattered and I proceeded to upgrade to S24 Ultra. Usually this place is understaffed with long wait times but today I was greeted by a worker, checked in and meeting with someone in under 10 minutes. I met with Malia (Malina? I don't remember sorry), she was great, friendly and very knowledgable. She gave her opinions on certain plans and items without pushing anything on you. I hope to have more experiences like this in the future. I love my new phone, Thanks!”
