Walk ins are not helped at this location. We went in for a simple flu shot. There were no other patients there and they would not help us because we did not have an appointment.

The NP was awesome at my visit. However, the LPN Cherrie G. was very rude with a bad attitude. Not only to me but to other patients. There was an elderly man that didn’t know how to check in on the kiosk so he asked for help, she denied him help so he ended up leaving. Very sad to see a nurse act this way towards patients.

Took my parents here for a required TB test for their assisted living home. Was Informed they do not take BCBS of AZ AND they wouldn't do a cash test. This place is a joke, I would give negative stars is it let me.
