I was a little scared to go here because of the bad reviews but I can go here for free with my insurance so I prefer MinuteClinic over urgent care. I booked an appointment online and when I showed up I was helped immediately. I got pills for my issue and the pain and swelling are almost gone after taking 2/14 :)

The staff was very helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me the care I needed.

The NP was awesome at my visit. However, the LPN Cherrie G. was very rude with a bad attitude. Not only to me but to other patients. There was an elderly man that didn’t know how to check in on the kiosk so he asked for help, she denied him help so he ended up leaving. Very sad to see a nurse act this way towards patients.
