MidFirst is amazing, this location is even better. I have banked with them for many years and they handle all my personal and business needs. If I have a question or a need they always go above and beyond to serve. I appreciate them!

This bank has unfortunately changed. Gone are the ATM fees, reimburse. Gone too is Vince!

I’ve been a customer here over eight years and since the last Management switch with Vince Navarro gone, this place has turned into a complete nightmare.Long lines, long wait time, no more customer service. They treat the longtime customers like trash.The new manager is never available like Vince was. Now they want to put holds on everything especially in these times that is wrong and hurtful.It’s not your money to be holding it’s my money that I worked for and now it seems like I have to work for it twice dealing with you as a bank. Why do I even have to ask to be treated with proper customer service? I’ve never deposited a bad check in my account and it has never been overdrawn.That means you should treat me like a loyal customer that I am not your typical protocols that you use non-frequent customers.Do people really wonder why there is such a big problem with trusting banks, nowadays?Now there is a diagnosis called “bank anxiety” and this place is trying to give it away to their customers fast!My businesses and personal accounts are going to be leaving this branch ASAP. Good luck!(Previously I’ve reviewed this location with five stars) Mr. Navarro is the only reason why I still have my business accounts at MidFirst!

Long lines, one teller, no customer service at all no one to ask questions as he was the only one working the floor or was visual, we were not greeted, awful bank awful service will not recommend and will close allAccounts here

Was with this bank for 20+ years. They took away the free atms without notice. It was about 6 months before I noticed. Now it cost $7 sometimes to use my card. Then when I would go through the drive through, they start asking personal questions. They start off by asking how much I'm withdrawing. Screw you! That's how much! Always feels very invasive. I avoid having to go there as much as possible. I'm going to be taking my business somewhere else.

Been with this bank just over 10 years. I was told that they were new to Arizona, that it was a free checking account and that since they were new, they would reimburse me for any outside ATM fees. Since signing up with them, the two branches near where I live have closed with in the last 5 years. Closest branch to my home is now 19 miles away and they no longer reimburse ATM fees. They also say that they have change machines free to members, but that haven't worked in a while.Thank goodness I found this all out prior to refinancing my home, Time to go back to the bank I was prior to them. Very sad to leave, but a right decision.It's not the Branch's fault, very nice people.....It's the bank itself. They finally replied 4 weeks later.....Way to go....

Vince is the BEST!!!! He always knows everyone’s names, if he’s not with a customer he makes sure to greet you, ask if you’ve been helped. You can tell that he shows his fellow employees the same courtesy as he does the customers, as the whole branch is all very nice, helpful, and cheerful. I wish there were more managers like Vince.

I love Midfirst Bank so much, but most specifically this branch. I was going to upgrade my home and all I could think of was how far I was going to have to drive to bank! Thanks for making my personal and business banking experience so pleasurable.

Worst bank o ever dealt with when we opened the account the women insisted on 3 accounts which we clearly did not need. You call the customer service number they want to transfer to the branch, They love to slam you with fees. News flash the economy is in the shut people are struggling. Now they closed all my accounts. I have to go through the headache of finding a new bank and changing my direct deposits.Now they claim my accounts are closed but still letting things to go through making that overdraft money. I got to say Patrick has been great and helpful thank you. Thanks for nothing!They kicked us out with a weeks notice can’t get your direct deposit set up that fast and I get disability benefits. Totally screwed us
