I always have a good experience when I go into Midfirst Bank regardless of the branch location. Staff is always friendly and bank offers many great services. They also really helped me during Covid to secure some financing/Covid funding. Also, their Summit Savings offers the best rates I have seen.

MidFirst Bank is the BEST! Always friendly greeting by employees, from the minute you walk thru their doors. Employees very professional and knowledgeable. Their rates are the best around. Overall, just good old fashioned customer service!

Marie is always helpful and pleasant to keep my transactions timely and accurate. I appreciate her. On another note: when receiving a phone call it is more appropriate to ask me “MAY I TELL (HIM/HER WHO IS CALLING?”) VS “WHO’S CALLING?” Just good phone etiquette.

From the moment you enter Midfirst bank you are welcomed in. I really enjoyed the quiet calm business surroundings. The tellers personally acknowledge you and acknowledge the wait to be expected (just moments). I was there to startup a new account and was introduced to accounts manager with in a few short minutes. Everything went perfect understood all that was explained to me and our business was completed in maybe 30 minutes. I have been with a large bank that I was with for many decades and I am leaving for the exact opposite reasons and I an love with this Midfirst bank

This location is terrible. The last several times I have gone there to use the ATM for a small withdrawal it is always “Temporarily Unavailable”, it’s not temporary, it’s always unavailable. All you can do at that ATM is transfers and deposits. When you go through their drive thru or into the lobby the tellers are extremely slow and poorly trained. The location in Surprise is better, but this location needs new staff, management, and equipment.
