The guy helping made the experience. I spent way too much money. Prices were more then I would have paid at Walmart. But what do you do? You buy!!! T-Mobile service is decent and the prices for monthly service are cheap compared to many.

I went in today with only one goal...to get a new phone. And even though it wasn't an iPhone, I'm thankful for the wonderful customer service Alex provided. He took the time to listen to what I needed & showed me how to access the apps & use my new phone. Thanks again for the wonderful service. I've been a customer of MetroPCS for 8 years now and I'm very satisfied with the service!

I got a charger from that location today and I went to my car to try it out but was not working at all. So I went back and try to return it and they said there's no return and he was so ruined and I told him I just got it it's not my fault that your charger is not working. He told me he will take it but give me a used one that he already been using. That was so ruined. Never going back to that store again

Employee wouldn't even look at my phone. Even though it was not acting up in the store. He wouldnt even check the settings. If ya ask me he doesn't want anything to do with customers. Bad customer service! I know the other location on 35th Avenue and glendale would have actually looked at my phone. He needs some training. Now I have to drive to the reliable store.
