Poor customer service. Was told by a representative in person that they were open on Saturday, only to find it closed on Saturday. This is a classic example for poor management when the workers don't even know their own business hours. How poor in customer service can a business get?!!!

I have done business here before. And when they don't have something they can get it pretty fast. But there's one sales guy that acts like you're bothering him or he's doing you a favor. And also don't try to call ahead to check on stock. Because they refuse to answer the phone. The yard guys are pretty friendly.
