I frequent all local tjmaxx home goods and Marshall’s and this one by far has the best customer service front to back. It’s a sketchy high crime area and they don’t skip a beat in servicing - this starts at the top so kudos to the management team!!!!!

This place has great customer service and the people there are always friendly! I have found many cute clothes there and many other things. They have perfume, skincare, wallets, bags, clothes, decorations, chairs and more. Whenever I go in always find something fun to buy and the cashiers when I'm checking out are always so friendly! One of my favorite things I have bought has to be my pillows. I have bought many pillows there and they are all so cute! There is also a great selection of clothes. There are many many racks of clothing and many displays. I love this store and the people are so nice!

I love your store.
There are great employees, costumer oriented and always willing to help with a nice smile.
The store, generally, have great merchandise and looks nice.
This "not good" review is about the regulations.
PLEASE, put a chair at the fitting room and allow your employees to be able to sit while possible when working in that area. A chair is not a symbol of laziness, but a symbol of a company that understand the suffering that working long hours on your feet brings to a human being. Taking care of your employees makes Marshalls look better.
As a long time client, l don't mind at all to see them sitting while possible.
It is nice to see that a company takes care of their own.
I am kindly asking you please, consider this and jump into a better 21st century world for everyone. Thank you!

The store itself has many options for people looking to shop. However, compared to other Marshall’s I have been to, this store is the worst one I have visited solely because of the staff. They are always unwelcoming and the red haired manager has been rude to me and others on multiple occasions. Friendly staff is what can make or break a store. Hopefully they can address this issue soon.

I just had the most delightful shopping experience at Marshall's on Lake Pleasant Drive. The VERY professional and friendly Giannah h. Acted as our cashier. She definitely deserves a future role in management! There were bargains and valuable clearance items everywhere. These guys have wallets colognes, shoes. Razors, Tools. Check it out!

I bought a CK purse at a great price, which I love.bought 2 pair of capri
Couldn't find a blouse that I liked. My issue is that the isles are so close together if someone is in that isle with a cart you can't get thru. So, it takes longer to shop there, I love to shop but I've had 2 fractures on my spine so it's not easy anymore.

It's not a place I go to if I want something specific, but they have a very general selection of items that may interest you if you're just in the mood for looking for "stuff". The inventory changes often, and you can get some good bargains.
