"I can't say enough good things about this nail salon! The customer service is always top-notch, and they truly make you feel welcome from the moment you step in. T does my nails every time, and she is simply amazing! Her attention to detail and skill make all the difference. My nails always come out looking perfect, and I love that they last so long without chipping, even with my busy schedule. It's so nice to have a reliable spot where I know I'll get quality work every time. Highly recommend!"

The new owners are fantastic! They are so friendly! They worked very hard into bringing new life into a salon that had gone downhill. Their prices are reasonable and have great colors to choose from. It's amazing how they have transform this place into something welcoming and inviting. I will be back!
Requested style: I like my nails short and rounded which Van did a great job with my request.
Cleanliness: Johnny and his wife are new owners of Lovely Nails. They took a nail salon that needed of a lot of TLC and brought it back to life. It is airy ,clean, and replaced all of the old furniture and product with new comfortable chairs and fresh nail polishes.
Stylist: My stylist was Van. She did an excellent job on my pedicure. My feet tend to be very sensitive and her scrubbing did not bother my feet at all. She cut my toenails just the way I like them.

I have been here before but just went tonight since the salon has been under new management and I have to say I was so impressed. They worked on my friend and I at the same time, so we were actually able to chat which I feel doesn’t happen in a lot of salons these days. They worked quickly but both of our manicures and pedicures came out phenomenal. It was so relaxing and we left so happy and impressed.

I have been going to Lovely Nails for over 6 years! Tiffany was the owner when I started going, then Kim, and now Johnny, his wife and daughter. I had my nails done the end of June by Kim and then in July by Johnny which is when I found out about the new management. They seem nice, Johnny did a good job on my nails, and they are redoing the salon, but I have to say I am extremely frustrated to say the least. I bought two gift certificates for my mother and mother in law just over a month before the new management took over (for Mother's Day in May) and even though they are keeping the same salon name they do not want to honor the gift certificates. The salon did not close and reopen under a different name, that is all the same.

I can't recommend this salon enough!! The new owners have completely transformed the salon and it looks beautiful! The pedicure chairs are new and AMAZING!! T is my nail girl and I LOVE her!! Go see her and her husband!!

My family scheduled and received 3 pedicures. The staff was super friendly, the service was great, and the price was fair. The new owners did a complete makeover on this salon, and it shows. It is clean, inviting, and refreshing. We will be back again.
Requested style: They have many options for pedi/mani and colors of choice in gel or polish.
Cleanliness: They use clean sanitized tools, fresh tub liner, gloves. Very professional in cleanliness.

I called to schedule an appointment and made it clear that I needed to leave immediately afterward. We confirmed the length and availability of the appointment. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me, and a wall blocked the view of who was coming in. After waiting for about 2 minutes, I walked in to ask if I needed to wait. One of the ladies there informed me that there would be a delay and that the person who scheduled my appointment (who was present and listening) had made a mistake with the timing. Instead of respecting my time and calling to inform me of the issue so I could make other arrangements, they waited until I arrived and wasted my time. This was absolutely frustrating and made me very upset.

I LOVE Lovely Nails. The customer service is phenomenal. I was greeted immediately after I entered the door and offered a cold bottle of water. The atmosphere is so calm and the salon is gorgeous. Vivian is THE BEST! She is friendly, funny, and so talented! I have been going to her for several months now. Every time she does my nails, I can't stop looking at them. They are beautiful. I am so happy I found Vivian at Lovely

This place is a gem!! I have followed Lee for many years and have never been disappointed. Honestly, I am very hard on my nails and they always last! I would follow her anywhere for my nails. Julia did my pedicure with great attention to detail and an awesome massage, truly amazing. Great service, welcoming atmosphere. I truly love going to get my nails done here. Overall, this place has some of the best nails techs in town, and their prices are awesome as well!
