The manager here is horrible I literally made a simple request to not add pepperoni on my slice and sticks because of religious reasons and they told me they aren’t able to do that I will never enter this establishment

These guys are always slammed when I come in. Tonight I got off work and it was later, a little slower but I didn’t have exact change about 80 cents short and they covered. And they couldn’t break higher. Very nice of them. Last time didn’t get that much sauce asked them if they could take care of it this go around and no hesitation they did! They could use help at this store but the guys who are here really good job

I wonder how i can post my screen shots? I am very dissatisfied with my last visit. I ordered online thinking that it would be better for me. Order went in at 515pm. I showed up at 550 to ask them if they even started my order. More then 1 hour went by before I got the notification that I was was being put in the oven. At 632. The next notification I got was packing it up at 708. I walked in waited for ANOTHER 15 MINS just to ask if it was done because they were all talking in the back. Come to find out it was just sitting on the back counter where they box the pizza. It wasn't even in the warmer. I will never order from them again. I should get my money back. Pizza was cold and lightly cooked.

Crazy bread is just getting worse and worse they no longer taste like the original bread stix these were dry no butter and hardly parmesan and about 3 inches long just puney I threw them away. They need better people making food back there.

Food under cooked wrong order refuse to give right order. Employees are disrespectful and disgusting towards customer’s. Manager is not available when asked to speak to them. Other employees say they don’t have a manager on site. Crazy bread is also under cooked and soggy.Beware of this place if you are wanting to eat from them. My family is going to eat somewhere else for now on.Parking: No thanks ………..……….

Anyone that has ever been to any pizza place in the world knows it does not take 40 minutes to make a simple pepperoni pizza but that's what we were told tonight. You would think it being a Friday night and if you know it's going to be busy prepare prepare prepare.

Called hours ahead for pick up at 5:45. We didn’t get our pizzas until 6:15. All the customers inside were dealing with the same issue, the employees did not care. Total chaos, definitely will never be back!

5:00 going into a holiday weekend and zero pizzas ready. Isn't the new business model "hot & ready"? Have stopped several times and they NEVER have pizzas ready. Seriously?!?
