I got a regular fingernail manicure. MY left pinky was bleeding afterward because they cut my cuticle too far down. My nails were irregular length after the "manicure" and the white portion was uneven on all of them. I could have trimmed them better if I had done it myself. To say I would never consider going back is correct, except to complain to the manager and ask for a partial refund. I also observed them using tools on me which were obviously not fresh or new and had been used on numerous customers. Probably a health violation there.

I have been going to Lish off and on for over 5 yrs and have switched in the past because of poor product. but wanted to give them another try because my family goes there. I've gotten full set fills, pedicure. I've never paid over $69 for a full set Today I came in wanting a full set and pedicure. my priority was my Nails not my pedicure the manager keep pushing for pedicure first I feel to trap me there until they could get to me. I ask to have my full set first. it Took 2hrs and they could do my pedicure. then charged me $85. I'm so done with this Nail shop. when I stressed my dissatisfaction they just made excuses and $5 dollared my Ass to $85 dollars for a short full set with ombré and top coat. it's the last they will ever get from me or my friends and family. I'm so disappointed in them. I thought with great tipping they would value my business. never again.

My daughter’s nails turned out fantastic, which is why I gave the 3 stars. But for my experience alone, I’d give a 1. I wanted both my toes and fingers done but after getting a pedicure, I said that I was no longer doing my nails. My children could have done these toes.. I said I wanted multiple colors which they say they didn’t have.. tried to improvise and mix different colors. The color I wanted was a milky white. I ended up with glittery pale white. I left there and went to another nail salon right after and she told me my skin was cut and the toenails were cut entirely too short. Not only too short, but uneven after attempting to remove ingrowns. I left Lish bawling. I’ve been going for years and after that experience, I won’t be back.

Beware. Went here for the first time today for a full set and received a rushed, sloppy , uneven almond shape set the nail tech even damaged my cuticles. Don’t recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a truly disappointing experience at Lash salon. I visited the salon last week for a full set and pedicure, and I must say that it was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had.Firstly, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. There was no warm greeting or attempt to make me feel welcome. Additionally, the salon was quite disorganized, with a long wait time even though I had made an appointment in advance.Furthermore, the quality of the services provided was subpar. The nail technician who woI seemed inexperienced and rushed through the process. The manicure full set and pedicure were done haphazardly, with uneven nail polish application and sloppy cuticle work. My full set fell off after one week when I called to ask for the reaper owner was super rude, giving me all the excuses that they were not sure what happened and they now need to change me again for the new set! After I paid 120$ for both! He wasn't even trying to make things right! Like wish, he was yelling at me on the phone! I had to tell him please stop yelling! Just unbelievable!I also noticed a lack of cleanliness and hygiene practices. The tools used during my service did not appear to be properly sanitized, which is a major concern for me as a customer. This lack of attention to hygiene is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about the salon's commitment to providing a safe and sanitary environment. Please don't waste your money here!

We've been coming here periodically for the last couple years, but service has declined. My daughter who's 10 yrs old and I came to have our usual pedicures to have our mom/daughter time. My daughter is tiny for her age (kids size 12 feet). Today they charged her full price (b/c price for kids service is cut off at 9yo...how convenient). She wanted glitter on her toes and nails and they nickled & dimed us for everything. I understand extra fees and wouldn't have minded if they did a good job, but the nail polish was old and clumpy, and service by the lady was mediocre at best. Save your money and go elsewhere. We returned here b/c it was convenient, but this will be our last time.

Never been to a nail salon like this BUT IT WAS GREAT.. Jenny worked so hard to trim my nails, get the dead callouses off my heels and in general revive my diabetes ravaged feet. I can't say enough about Jenny. I was walking on air when I left but not before I set up my next appointment! Do yourself a favor guys GO to Lish Salon.

My relaxing pedicure turned into a session of torture as she filed my cuticles raw. I have had gel pedicures for years and never experienced this. The acetone felt like fire. When my feet finally hit the hot water, tears filled my eyes. I not only won't be back, I be recommending to anyone I know to go someplace else for pedicures.Services: Foot massages
