I am extremely frustrated with Lincare regarding my CPAP prescription. They had my prescription sitting there for 6 weeks without doing anything. After several follow-up phone calls from me, (never them) including a visit to their Glendale location, I was repeatedly told that I would be receiving a call "this week" or "2-3 days. Those day came and went and updates that ne. As of today, I still haven’t heard anything. I was supposed to hear something from them this week, and tomorrow is Friday November 8th...I'm not holding my breath.
I was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea with an AHI of 102 this summer. Their lack of customer service and communication is blatantly unprofessional, irresponsible and careless.
They are the worst!

This happened today around 2:00 my mom forgot the ladies name. But she was returning my call about my mom's floor concentrator, I had called in last week to get it switched out because it was had a bad odor and I specifically said when she needs the that has a water cup for the sinuses. Well, it didn't come with the water cup for the sinuses and the machine that they have brung and dropped off. I've never used one of those before and they did not explain how to use it when they dropped it off, which I believe that they should. Anyways when the lady called today and I told her that I said well, I had a voicemail from a gentleman yesterday. I named Sam that he was going to be here in 15 or 20 minutes to bring her a new concentrator. She said she had no record of that and then she went on to be very rude about it. And I said ma'am it doesn't have a thing to hook up the water to the machine and she says it's in the bag. It's in the bag. I said no it's not in the bag ma'am. It's in the bag. It's a little white tube. It's in the bag she said. I said it's not in the bag. There's no tube in the bag and I even checked on the back of the concentrator. It's sometimes they're hiding in a little panel back there. It wasn't there either and she was very rude today and I don't think she should be that rude to the customers and then she said because my mom's not some on something. She has to wait until next Tuesday for a delivery for the the water bottle and the hookup to hook it up to her concentrator. So she has to deal with strong oxygen until next week because this lady wanted to be rude about it. Her name was Colleen Richard

Everyone is right about the horrible customer service. I expressed my concern for my husband gasping for air and needing a cpap. Colleen who answered the phone was absolutely rude and inconvenienced when I asked her to assist me in getting the order going. She told me, ya well there is a wait list of 150 people.. I was not told that last week when I called. Her tone, her attitude and none lack of care for patients is unacceptable. Taking my money elsewhere.

Subtract -1 star NO STARS! Absolute worst experience ever! Mask did not fit and did not work for me. I had to call for two weeks everyday to finally get ahold of someone. I called left a message every day and yet no one ever returned my call. They charged my credit card for stuff I never recieved. I would say use another company. Save yourself the headaches! I wish I had gone with a different company. If you like the runaround feel free to waste your time and money!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Have been calling for 2 weeks leaving messages with answering service. No one ever returned our call!No one at office answers so we went in person. They had verified initially that they received orders from my Dr but when we went in they have nothing in their system.As I walked in with my husband we explained we have been trying to reach them. They didn’t care. Never apologized for inconvenience of having to drive to them which was not close. Receptionist directed us to small office and that woman had no record of order. Not a single apology and they had no concern for our frustration. No way will we do business with them. Ladies did not look busy and must prefer not to take calls. Just so unprofessional not helpful and rude!

Do not use this company, lincare office in Avondale az. I have been on cpap therapy for 15+years. This worse experience ever. Even worse than preferred homecare. Doc sent order for cpap 11/2023. After multiple calls someone finally called said a rep would call me to come pick up ma chine. 3 weeks later I finally get ahold of someone and went in got machine 3/2024. All 3 employees in building very rude and acted put out to help me. Take home machine terrible noise when using. Call get no return call so went back 1 week later. Go in say hello, lady ignores me another yells from other room ' its obvious she is on phone come in here. How rude! it was not obvious no phone to her ear, no hands up to sign hold on nothing. I tell this other woman issue. she states he will be with u in minute i will have to interrupt his lunch since you didnt call and do not have an appointment. I said tried calling left message noone has called me back .She was very unprofessional. The male employee then comes out of his office has me go in. Plugs in machine turns it on has me breath with mask. Machine starts making the noise as i breath. He tells me i can't hear anything. REALLY?? My husband comes in says i can hear it. Guy says well i dont But i will do one time swap. Like hello i paid you $350 last week my copay. u r not doing me a favor just do ur damn job. And if u dont like ur job find another. They all seemed very unhappy depressed and took it out on the customer. All very unprofessional from attitudes to service. Good thing I had another machine or I'd be dead as long as it took to get the machine.

These folks were phenomenal! Great service and got me what I needed fast!. I'm a full time RVer who is never in one place for to long. Colleen Gilleran (Customer Service Rep) was super responsive to my urgent need for a CPAP and after letting her know that I would be moving out to a new location in a matter of days she was able to process my insurance and had the CPAP ready for me a day after I called their office. I can't gush enough about these folks and their ability to help military folks out quickly and effectivly.
