Great gym! I was going to Mountainside Fitness, but didn't like that machines seemed to constantly break down or need adjustment and it would take weeks for them to address it. Lifetime is much cleaner and anything that breaks has been fixed by the next time I have gone in, which is usually every other day. This place is expensive though. I still find it worth the money.

If you have a membership at lifetime, you’re stupid af. Since covid, they have literally doubled the cost of a monthly membership and cut the hours of operation in half, if not more honestly. If you keep feeding places like this your hard worked for money, it will never get better.

Life Time Happy Valley has so much to offer anyone no matter what age you are. The price is an investment but once you experience EVERYTHING this gym has to offer from the fitness floor to the eucalyptus steam room, cold plunge, salon and spa, and the pools, you will understand what makes Lifetime so special. I have been a member for 8 years and this gym has improved my life and my entire family's lives. If you want to experience this gym book any appointment in the salon and spa and you can have access to the entire facility for the day for free, you do not need a membership to use the salonspa! You can thank me later, you will not regret it!

We really wanted to love this place however it’s over run by children. They allow kids in the gym all hours. It’s like working out in middle school/high school. Elders are free and I am guessing kids are too? For the amount of money we pay each month to not even get a good work out in because all the machines are taken at ALL hours. We have tried early morning, afternoon, late nights always overcrowded. The pools/hot tubs are over run by families and kids. It’s just overall disappointing. I haven’t been to a gym where they allow kids all the time with no supervision. Plus when church gets out right next door it’s as bad as 1-17 rush hour.

This is a very nice gym and you pay pretty penny for it too compared to other gyms such as EOS which is $10. I used to go to EOS and I will say I do not miss the dirty machines, always smelling sweat, and PACKED no matter what time you go. Lifetime is always busy but the gym floor is very big and I've hardly had to wait for machines even coming at their rush hour which is around 5pm. Most cars parked are going in for classes so I love just getting my workout done and not having to wait. Lifetime has one major con, and that is they dont have attachments/accesories for machines like quality hip thrust pads or ankle straps for the cable machines EVER they have tiny bar pads which dont provide any cushion. When I went to EOS I never needed to bring my gym bag because they had all the accessories you could need by the office but here I have to bring a gym bag with my hip thrust pad, ankle straps, and good resistance bands unlike those flimsy rubber ones they have at lifetime. Lifetime deserves the 5 stars, but for such an expensive gym membership you would think you wouldn't have to bring anything besides yourself and maybe a bikini and water bottle. Just a little disappointing but I won't be changing gyms over cheap accessories they don't have I just don't understand why they don't have them for people working out and each paying over $150 a month

Love this gym. This is the best lifetime. We go here when we wanna get a super hard workout in for just want to drink strawberry lemonade by the pool. Me and my wife have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and we will continue to go to this gym as long as we live in the area. My wife attends the classes they offer in our membership(barre, spin, and heated yoga) about 3-5 times a week which by itself makes the higher membership prices worth it! I mostly use the 3rd floor amenities like the weights and cardio section. Not only is the gym kept clean/neat, the equipment is up to date and you barely have to wait for any machine. Also the people that attend this gym are overall very nice. The vibes are awesome at this place! 5 stars isn't enough!

So very disappointed in the cleanliness or the lack thereof at this location. For the amount of money we pay I should not see the same exact grime on the machines for weeks at a time. Imagine sitting on a machine that has sweat drop marks and water bottle rings that have now accumulated dark dirt and dust… the grout in the bathrooms is so dirty especially on the third floor where you can see that it once was a cream/whitish color and now completely black. I have been to other locations where the management seemed to be a lot more on top of it, but seeing and smelling some of the parts of this gym has really gotten to me at this point. The positive is that staff is great, especially in the childcare.

I love the classes, especially barre class on Thursdays at 6:15pm. What I don't appreciate is the slide closing at 6pm and the cafe closing at 6pm on Saturdays. One shouldn't even be in the pool prior to that time. It's simply a hazard. That's a perfect time for a heat stroke. The time to swim should start after 5pm. It's disappointing to pay so much money for the gym only to not have full services.

I've avoided Lifetime for a very long time, mainly because of the cost and also a large part of social anxiety. As a large person in a wheelchair, I definitely did not want the stares. But a need for certain types of facilities forced me to check it out today... And I am impressed. I was greeted with kindness from the front desk. I pretty much made friends as I was pushed around. Everyone spoke. Each staff member was kind and answered questions in a very unrushed manner. The facilities were well maintained, clean, and wheelchair accessible... even beyond what I expected. There's the part of me that hates the expense, but I totally see the value.
I'll be checking out the Goodyear location tomorrow, but Lifetime definitely sold me as a customer without trying to sell me on the membership.
Can't wait to get back to my fitness goals. See y'all Monday!

I've been going to this location since it opened, so I do know how it used to be and can be. I love the classes but I can tell you that the floor in the yoga studios, and along with every single mat in the facility, is not being sanitized properly. I usually stay on the same side of the room for yoga classes and there has been this same spill stain for weeks on the floor that looks like it could easily be wiped away. And I really hate to say this because it's gross but the mats smell pretty weird sometimes. It's like playing Russian roulette with the mats sometimes. This is concerning to me because in the heated classes like Sol and Warrior sculpt people drip sweat, literally pools of sweat are left after each class. I love that I am given the means to have a great workout with great instructors that make me sweat but I don't want to be laying on others sweat. I do bring my own mat now but you are not limited the mat in these classes and you need to touch the floor for many things. So please lifetime management please employ at least one person to do a deep sanitizing daily of both the mats and floor, if not multiple times a day when the rooms are not in use. I would completely understand this level of cleanliness if I was paying for a membership at planet fitness, but this is lifetime and the costs do not even compare.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE this gym. There is always something for everyone. The yoga classes, especially with Ash on Saturday mornings, are incredible. While I give it a 5 star rating the last few weeks have been much less and I assume things will change. The last few weeks the men's locker room has been disgusting. Dirty towels laying all over the floor, bloody band aides on the floor, and I swear the same two used razors have been on the counter for three days. Now, it's incredibly unfortunate that members feel like they can treat the facility like this, but they do and it needs to be cleaned. Again, overall a fantastic gym, just needs a little help from staff paying attention.

I went a couple weeks ago it was okay but some strict rules and 1 thing I hated is that at 7:00pm they are supposed to close the slide but when I went they closed the slide at like 6:30 I was having fun but when the slide closed so I went to go in the indoor pool and then I had to swim in the little kid pool cause on the lanes for kids you have to have a lifeguard to watch and the lifeguard watching the kids swimming in that tiny pool could've gone to the lanes and there were many lifeguards switching turn and 1 could've gone over there to watch kids swimming in lanes I do not recommend to people that are going to start going to the pool
