The best tax preparation experience I've ever had. Lynn Brown made me feel comfortable and gave me the feeling that he sincerely cared about my tax situation. I left the building knowing that my tax preparation was placed in good hands. In fact everyone in the office was very pleasant. Keep doing what you're doing Lynn, you the man!

The staff were professional, I will give them that. However the appointment was for in person and 30% off. They not only refused to honor the appointment agreements, but they wanted me to trust them without asking questions. I’m not leaving my personal information alone with an unqualified individual, who wants to charge me 3x the amount in order to give me a quote over the phone. The fact that there is no proposed price and to force you to show up, only to state it’s drop off only due to Covid. This is misleading and untrustworthy. Covid protocols in AZ have been lifted, there is no excuse. Beware the 4.9 Star Rating is misleading. I will stick with my current provider.
