I have had my truck for a year now and traded in a very good truck to get something a little more nicer with the bells and whistles and now the truck I bought has had nothing but issues. I dislike Liberty GMC and the service department. What a waste of money and time. Worst experience ever with them on Bell Road and the service department.

Wonderful service. Kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and professional. Arranged my rental vehicle and transport to and from it. I've always had great luck with service at this location. I've been going here a for over 10 years.
Jim Sepe is my service advisor and always provides top notch service with fast return calls and goes out of his way to make sure me and my vehicle are taken care. Excellent follow up.
My factory warranty is up soon and I will be purchasing my extended warranty through Liberty GMC because of his service.
