“I’ve been going to the laundry center for years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.
The owner Al is super nice and one of the reasons I come back. The machines work well and the dryers work even better. Fairly priced that get my worst stuff clean and dry quickly.
The current staff member could have been nicer seemed like I was bothering her or interrupting her chores but I’m not looking for a new friend so…. I was bummed to find out they didn’t have any wash cards that after so many punches-you get a free wash and are entered into a monthly drawing. Attendant said they were waiting on the printer. Other than that 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Had to use a laundromat for the first time while we are remodeling our home. Didn't know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised! The gal working was very friendly and helpful and made her rounds throughout my visit to disinfect things. The place was very clean, properly equipped with everything you need to make the job easy and all brand new machines, some of which hold 8 loads of laundry! You purchase a card to use at the machines so don't need cash or coins. Best part was getting 10 loads of laundry done in 2 hrs!”

I feel sorry if you give them to your lady, i hope you come here to read what i have to say...the fact im going through Health Issues, just know i have Diabetes that causes Bladder Issues and i've pissed in some of them jeans and leaked over my tampon and my blood has bled on them jeans ,due to Diabetes i also have Yeast Infections and not even sure if i washed them in the right tempature i cant help but laugh at stupid uneducated people even with people Dumpster Diving with my bloody Tampons... as i played some slow jamz as you were leaving and watched you packing my jeans into your 3 wheeled bycycle! HAHAHA MERRY CHRISTMAS!”

“They officially close at 11:00 pm BUT there’s a sign on the door that says the last wash is at 9:30pm. So don’t show up at 9:40 thinking “it’s only 10 minutes they’ll still let me in” because they won’t the workers are strict about that. If you’re still there after 9:30pm waiting for your load to finish washing they’ll let you dry and fold your clothes until 11:00pm. Workers are nice and place is clean.”

“I came in as I'm from out of town. I had to wash before I went home. This place is clean as can be. Not anything on the floors. Machines are clean dust free and all Shiney. This place is well taken care of. I had to ask for help a few times cause stupid me didn't read. But the lady Patricia was so helpful and she didn't treat me like I was stupid cause I didn't read. “Plenty of washers and dryers of various sizes. The token machines have no surcharge. However, the one that takes card is usually broken. The frys next door has a Bank of America with an ATM inside tho, the ATM charges $3 for out of network cards.”

After some less than savory experiences with other large towel companies, I was apprehensive to sign another contract. The possibility of being locked into poor service and quality AGAIN fresh in my mind, I took the dive and signed with Alsco.
We were able to get signed and set up in the restaurant within a week or two, which is FAST in this industry.
Within the first week or so of receiving their services, the state and district managers stopped by to ensure a smooth transition, and gave me their cell phone numbers should there be any issues.
As with any business, there have been a few bumps in the road, but they are ALWAYS quick to communicate and correct.
Our driver is always timely and responsive, should we need anything he is reachable by cell phone anytime and is helpful and kind.
Honestly, there hasn’t been a single person with Alsco that hasn’t been amazing.

“Ruby needed a good wash, from the moment I got there this big extremely friendly man was there to help me and answer my questions and when I mentioned that my husband had passed away he showed sincere emotion along with who I thought was his work buddy they let me tell my sad story and explained that washing my car was like therapy for me Kenneth gave me 5 extra minutes I knew I will be coming here for a while. I was given such wonderful attention I went to town on Ruby. As I was drying Ruby a man on a scooter showed up and started talking to some woman when he finished he walked past me and rudely asked if the items next to my car where mine I said yes these are my car towels and other car washing items he growled at me and said I have 5 minutes to finish and I mentioned that wasn't enough time to m⁵way. He then proceeded to start a very loud argument with Kenneth telling him rude and uncalled things that I don't believe were fact and told him I was drinking a beer that the woman he spoke to left there. He then went all over yelling profanity. I thought he maybe was owner talking and cursing so. I went up to Kenneth and his cousin who I thought worked there because he was learning what to do there. I asked if I had made a problem for them they both asked me why and no sooner I explained what the other guy said they both came to my defense and told him to mind his manners as I was recently widowed he yelled more saying horrible things to my 2 champions I was glad to see him leave did I mentioned I was the only customer there and his harassment was pointless. I was assured by Kenneth and who I believe should be working with Kenneth that it would be okay to take my time with Ruby since there was no one else there. These two attendants will be seeing more of me and Ruby they are an asset to the company. As far as the jerk ditch him he will drive customers away. Thank you Kenneth and your cousin for being so kind to me.”

“First time visiting any 24-hour laundry location now here in Phoenix. The neighborhood is quiet. I came around 12:00 to about 1:30 a.m. there are some stragglers and wanderers outside, but they keep to themselves. Unfortunately the attendant that is on duty only speaks Spanish!??”

“I arrived 10 minutes before closing time without knowing their schedule. However, the employee at the front desk was nice and did not rush me. She answered most of the questions I asked and took my coat. I had a long coat to get cleaned, and I came to pick it up after two days, which I think is fast service. The coat was cleaner than when I dropped it off; however, they did not remove the pet hair. When I asked if anything else could be done, the employee kindly took the coat again and said she would ask for a redo, focusing on the pet hair. I was not charged extra, and I came back within two days to pick it up. There are still a few hairs, but it was a much better improvement from the time I dropped it off. I recommend this place. My service was $15, but I'm not sure if that is a good price because I'm not sure how much work a "dry clean" entails. Nonetheless, I'm glad I didn't have to pay much money on my new "vintage" clothing.”
