To whom it may concern and pertain to as a consumer looking to purchase or obtain services at Larry H Miller. On July 21st, LHM was scheduled to pick up my car as they had offered the convenience of picking up my vehicle from work and they'd service it so I could later pick up the car. To my understanding, this is a service that LHM does not offer, however, their services manager offered for Angel, one of their employees to pick up my vehicle. After Angel picked up my vehicle and was on his way to the shop (three lights down from my job), Angel so happened to collide in my vehicle and the insurance deemed it as a total loss. For the past two months I have been dealing with negligence, terrible customer service and to say the least, little to no help. Michae Spencer, the manager to the whole dealership, has failed to keep his word and fulfill his obligations and duties, whether it's him not dedicating the time of day to a customer whose vehicle was ruined due to an employee's incompetence to drive a 2021 Chrysler 300. I was promised by Michael Spencer that my vehicle loan would be paid off and my credit score wouldn't be affected, however, that is far from the truth. I've been on the phone an uncountable amount of times, from the dealership's insurance to my insurance, to the third parties' insurance whose vehicle was collided with, Michael Spencer and his servicemen. My credit score has been impacted twice, lowering 28 points, 14 on each report from the dealership that my car hasn't been paid. Michael Spencer continues to add on to the stress, as he is now avoiding any contact or communication, whether it being over the phone or in person. In one particular occasion, he, as the manager, reached out to me only to get loud with me over the phone and hang-up mid call as I was explaining where I was standing with the insurance. It is with great distaste as a consumer, that I request support from the community or any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle in which I ask you to please refrain from doing so, as my experience has lead me to a complete state of stress. As a result of the total loss, I have lost my employment, my home and my car. All for accepting a service in which LHM claims "we do not offer". Therefore the question, "if you don't offer that service, why did your employee do so?" And why am I left stranded without a vehicle when my incompetence wasn't what left me without such?

I recently brought my Promaster in for a recall. This was my first experience with Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram. The process was flawless from scheduling to service appointment. Josh was our service representative. Not only did he keep us informed while in the dealership, but he also sent us a follow up text to check on our satisfaction with our service. It is refreshing to have such a positive customer experience during every step in the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience with the salesman chance , he was really helpful and was able to get us a great deal on our vehicle plus our trade in . Also the finance manager Rodney , he was very helpful , I would definitely recommend to my friends and family . I will definitely be coming back to do more car shopping soon !

Was here at 12:12pm on Sunday August 6th. Wanted to buy a vehicle. Showroom was unlocked and music on. Not a single person on site. What a shame. Called the sales line no one answered. Will never come back!!

First time dealing with this service shop since buying our car, Jacob (service rep)took care of us promptly, he is knowledgeable, professional, and caring, completed the work request in minimal time.Great sales and warranty department, Ron (sales) did a great job, any concerns questions Ron was ready to answer even after hours, three dodge purchases since 2005 so far this place is the best glad we stop in to look.

By far the best dealership in all Phoenix metro starting with Joel Ryan the GM, who went out of his busy schedule to personally help me out. Jeremy MILBURN was my sales person. He's a 1st class gentleman, knowledgeable, friendly with 0!! Pressure. Shastine keeling the title rep is simply a fantastic Wonder Woman! Greg at financing was helpful and kind. The place is alway spotless and everyone are very friendly there. They have got a huge inventory to choose from, so It's aPleasure experience to buy a vehicle at Larry H Miller. Went shopping for a specific used truck they had. Mo in sales did everything perfect - an amazing guy. Finance team worked well too. Very fair & polite negotiation - no pressure or bad tactics. My truck purchase went smooth & efficiently. I highly recommend this team.

I scheduled my service appointment 3 months in advance for a simple oil change. I showed up on time and waited almost 10 minutes before being greeted then was told they were behind and it would take at least two hours. So I told them i would cancel rather than wait that long. Their response was “okay”. They clearly don’t care for my business since they are so busy.

As soon as I walked through the front I was greeted by an associate and asked if they could assist me. He promptly directed me to the parts desk where I was introduced to Myron. I explained that I needed to replace some parts on my vehicle. Myron knew exactly what parts I needed and gave me the best price possible. 10/10 service!

Pete and Nick are both great service advisors. I appreciate them always working with me to keep me safe. I started bringing my vehicles here for maintenance and service after having a bad expierience at the location I bought my Challenger from in 2010. I have never had a problem at this location with my Challenger, and ended up purchasing my Dodge Warlock at this location during the pandemic. Even throughout the pandemic I always received great customer service from Pete and Larry Miller Dodge. Since then, I have received the same great customer service and vehicle service on my Warlock as i had on the Challenger. I have just recently had the pleasure of having Nick as my service advisor who has been fantastic with communication and providing excellent service as well.I appreciate having somewhere to take both of my vehicles that is honest and trustworthy as well as provides excellent customer service. Thank you so much both Pete and Nick, as well as ALL the workers in the shop. You are very appreciated!!!

Salesman Andrew was extremely polite and not even slightly pushy.The buying experience never felt rushed, and they were willing to hear reasonable negotiation.They do spend a reasonable amount of time talking about warranty packages as you close the deal but they aren’t obnoxious about pushing it and depending on the plan and car you choose, it might not be a bad idea.This is how buying a car should be.
