Booked an appointment ? ahead of time only for them to call me 20 mins before my appointment's that they had to cancel due to them not have supplies. Waste of my time I was almost to the location I drive 25 min for no reason

Danielle is AMAZING. I am not an easy cut. My hair is awkward and thinning. I was on the road for a month and needed a haircut badly. Back home the same woman has cut my hair for 20 plus years. I couldn't trust anyone else. But I had to get a cut and rolled the dice with this place. Now I will be sure to show up with long hair every time I return. She is actually better than my stylist back home

Disappointed. I am trying to grow my hair out long. Really long. Even brought a picture of what I want it to look like. Told the lady I met I didnt know if I *needed a haircut* at that point or just some advice (it was in the awkward in-between stage, not long, not short). Long story short she cut WAY too much off after assuring me she was just going to trim the sides and back. Set me back quite a bit of time. See picture... When I came in my hair was just getting past my eyebrows in the front and just over the tops of my ears on the side.

Be honest with customers when waiting for a hair stylist. There were 3 customers in chairs and 1 customer waiting. I was next in line, another customer came in, I thought I was next, I was wrong, the hair stylist advised that another hair stylist is almost done, you 'll be next. Another customer came in and guess what, he has an appointment. What ever, I told them I know what is going on, it is more than obvious what is going on. I guess they don't need money at this location anymore, not mine anyway

Think I'll be coming here more often. At least when Joleen is there. It's been my 2nd time since I've been there. 1st time was alright, don't recall the hairstylist name but they did fine for the simple cut I asked for; 2" on the side and 1" trim off the top and squared off the edges.This time though I wanted to try something a little different from my typical cut. I wasn't sure what fade I wanted since I never do them but Joleen accommodated every request I asked. She was diligent, precise, and was gentle. Any hair strand that looked off from the look trying to be accomplished was snipped off, which I very much appreciated. She asked at every step taken if I was satisfied with the look. I had a pretty relaxing experience.FYI: Things to keep in mind is one, you need to sign up at the computer at the front desk because they seem to devote their time on the customer they're working until they're done. Leaving the customers in the lobby to wait their assigned turn. Two, To carve out a reasonable amount of time in your schedule to have your hair done the way you want. Like I stated before, Joleen was through and so it was under probably 25 minutes that I was getting my cut; excluding the time I waited in the lobby.

Been coming here for at least 5 yeard and every time I come, I am greeted with a warm welcome. Vicky and Khristy are the best, they are both very professional.Also your wash station chairs need to accommodate taller clients with long legs. I'm 6"5 and I literally sitting on the edge of chair.03/22/24- Just want to give a shout-out to Dani, she did an amazing job, she took her time and was incredible.
