Visited this location on Tuesday. Very very unfriendly staff. The worst was Mark, he acted like he was being forced to be there. Very rude Very unfriendly and worst of all extremely rough to the point where he hurt me. He pinched my arm as he was aggressively placing the band around my arm, when he couldn't get a good vein on my right arm he just ripped the band off my arm without untying it , that was painful. When I said to him "hey can you please be a little more gentle" Mark's reply was "do you want someone else to do this?" I didn't reply. I just let him finish up. As I sat there i remembered that I had visited this location before and had the same experience with Mark. Some people just are just not meant to be in the medical field. Most people in this field are great but this was the worst experience I have had when getting labs done. I will never visit this location again and encourage others to go elsewhere instead. I thought of calling the office manager but after reading other post it seems like being rude is just how this location operates.

I had an appointment, and was in and out. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean. Best location I’ve been to yet!

I went in for a blood draw and before I went the day before I checked to see if I could get an appointment. There were no available appointments until the next week or later in the day. I had to get to work that day so earlier in the morning only worked for me. With no appointments available, I checked online with their website to make sure walk-ins were available. It stated walk-ins were welcome. I double checked on the website during the FAQ section and again, walk-ins were welcome although appointments were highly recommended.
I show up the day of at 6:50, 10 minutes before they open and a line was already formed. As the clock struck 7 AM a lady opened the door and slapped a sign out in front that said appointments only. As each person walked up confused, she handed them a paper with different locations around the valley and said “these are your closest locations but I don’t know which ones have walk-ins available” and then moved on to the next person.
As someone who had to do a fasting blood draw and didn’t know where else to go before work, I was a little frazzled and found another location, but with the elderly population in this area, no help was given at all. I could only imagine how lost someone would be if they didn’t know how to use a cell phone/ GPS, etc.
When I asked the lady when the changes were made to appointments only, she responded “ I don’t know, a couple of months ago”. I told her that the website still says walk-ins are available and she stared back at me. I used to use this location for all my blood work but this last visit was really disappointing and frustrating with their lack of accommodation, respect, and willingness to help their community members. I hope that the website can be updated appropriately so people aren’t stuck in the same situation I was.

They make you check in on a kiosk, then they call you to the window for the same info.

Terrible location. Yesterday was told on the phone that walk-in appointments were still acceptable at this location. Arrived at 6:45 am to wait. After 7am, Labcorp girl shoves a sign out the door that says "appointments only". We (myself and the other 15 people waiting in line) question this. She doesn't care that we were given different information yesterday. Uncaring and actually quite rude. Goodbye, Labcorp.

I have been to some other locations that you can tell the staff just there to get paid. They absolutely don’t care. They are never on time and they don’t want to get up their seat to help. This location on the other hand was the best by far hands down. Front girl stepped out few times and walked few elderly through with the “check in “ and she was very patient and kind. She even took couple people who didn’t have an appointment even though she told them this location is by appointment only. The person drew blood was very kind, respectful and fast. I walked in 10m before my appointment and I was seen right on time. Keep it up you guys.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Website misleading. When asking staff a question they will just hand you a flyer to call, you can not get a live person.
Very impersonal
No customer service
No sense of dignity or human interaction.
Very automated and robotic.
