My partner and I came in today March 4th around 4 pm to make an amazon return. There was a large line and only one employee but she was very kind to everyone. That was until my partner and I came up to the counter, she looked us both up and down and didn’t say a word. Just scanned our bar code and made a nasty face the whole time. Once we walked away she went back to cheery conversation with everyone behind us. For reference, we had our return fully prepared, boxed up with the barcode ready to make her job in the midst of that line a small bit simpler. My partner and I are both women and my girlfriend has her hair cut short and we were in active clothing to go to the gym after our errands. I fully felt that we were discriminated against and judged for our outward appearance. Not once were we affectionate or showed an ounce of pda because we have been harassed in public before. Everything about how our interaction went and after observing everyone around us, we felt very uncomfortable. Personal views aside, you should not be in a customer service position if you can’t approach everyone with the same level of respect and put your judgements aside. I hope that she can learn to treat the people around her with more kindness and become more understanding that people can be different from her. As for Kohls, maybe assess whether your employees are fit to be a public representation of your brand because as of now, I don’t feel I will ever put ourselves in that position by being in your store again.

It's been a few years since I've shopped at a Kohl's store. This one is clean and well organized (and big)! Plenty of clothing items to choose from. Prices on some items seemed steep (e.g. shoes), while others seemed to be bargins (e.g. shirts). Over all, a nice shopping experience!

I was in the store Sunday February 16th and all the employees were very pleasant and helpful I am on a walker and I am slow and they just helped me check out I thank them

Tabatha at Customer Service (Lake Pleasant store - Peoria AZ) was truly outstanding. She quickly identified & resolved the issue with my return and remained pleasant the whole time. Wish customer experience at other retail stores was this positive! Well done

Sephora in Kohls is trash. Waited in line to be told they don’t accept returns “only stand alone Sephora’s accept returns.”
Unfortunately the lady in front of me was told the exact same thing about a store credit she wanted to use to purchase new items. What a waste of both of our time today at the Kohls Sephora. Don’t even go here.

Needs more choices for senior citizens and short sleeve options in all clothes. This is a Phoenix location and it isn't cold.
