This place is horrible do not sell to them. When I went in today I was greeted by a pregnant woman and right away she had an attitude and told me not to bother because she would give me 50 cents for a sweater. She was so rude and had no customer service skills. Never again will I go back or sell anything to them I’m sure this place will close soon. Take your items to once upon a time at least there friendly and give money for items. She said no bags either and wanted all flat clothes. No wonder all staff is leaving she’s so rude.

The store is always clean and organized. I've sold so many of my children's clothing and baby equipment here and have always had a great experience. The staff is always helpful as well. I've been coming here for almost 3 years now

Wish I knew of this place sooner, I would have been giving them my business rather than their competitor six minutes down the road. I took my bag of rejected items from the competitor and they paid me very well for the bag I brought them. They give you 24 hours to pick up your money and items and they text you letting you know the amount they're going to pay you. Good service! I will never go back to the other place.

0 stars if I could, the lady looked at my daughter and said We don't take clothes in bags... So what are we supposed to bring the items in with? She didn't even look at any of the items & several of them are brand new brand name things. Her attitude was reprehensible as was her lack of hospitality and customer service. Mas Malo

THE WORST PLACE EVER.
Lazy employees. Rude employees. Pathetic "customer service".
They see the amount of stuff I have and just automatically think it's too much. Isn't this their job to buy clothes? I don't care if I have to wait until tomorrow for them or next week at that.
130pm on a Thursday and being told no they can't buy more than 2 bags.
They said drop 2 off, come back tomorrow and drop the other 2 off. Why can't I just drop all them off and wait longer? I don't get their logic.
How are these places okay to do this?
The ladies in there are rude. customer service is part of a retail job.
Not sure why when the people bringing clothes in literally pays THE WAGES THEY EARN.

Very poor customer service. Priscilla the staff I spoke to via phone was rude and admitted she is not knowledgable in her position. She refused to offer assistance and more importantly understanding. I have requested to speak w the owner named Meije and look forward to resolution. I will update my review if she reaches out. As it stands now, I will not buy or sell at this location ever again. I do hope the other AZ locations operate much better than this home. Very disappointing and is unfortunate when I want to shop and promote local businesses.

I've seen this store flourish and I've seen its business model lose customers. This is 5he third transfer of ownership I've watched. Recently the buyer is a younger male. He has been taught to buy low sell high. I'm used to that. I'm ok with that. But recently he offered so low on high end hiking boots , unworn red and white checker vans and high- top Nike Jordans, I would sooner give them to the neighbor.
I went on to shop but the quality of items has degraded heavily. Ladies, get back to basics!

Out of all the times I have been coming in I’ve never had a problem selling clothes here quick & easy process ladies are very kind & nice. This is my favorite kids store whenever I need to get clothes for my baby girl. The owner is amazing & friendly. Keep up the great work !

I like coming here for baby clothes since I think they are decently priced, but I wasn't impressed with selling. I was fine with the price they offered me for my items but they expect you to lay clothing flat in a box, not folded. That's fine and understandable except for the fact that my clothes were returned to me haphazardly thrown in the box, not even folded, just thrown in there. I found that to be rude and not appreciated.

Meh customer service, not greeted walking in & not checked on once. Store was dirty, smelly, purses, leftover coffees, behind register on an already messy & cluttered counter. Employees looked miserable. This place has gone downhill… hadn’t shopped here since the previous owners still owned it. New owners have let the place go it seems. Still cheap prices at least.
