I wish I can truly remember the lady name but I can’t, one thing that I can’t get enough of is if I hand you my money and you hand it back to me what ever I am buying that means that you care that I spent money in the store, thank you so much and if is ever time I go in.

Why have your gas station pumps open if you cant choose regular or plus? What type of place is this?

Don't waste your money I would give it a zero if I could. Got "suckered" in toa $50 wash yes $50 asked about the VIP as I wanted the inside of my car wiped down. Guy taking the $$ snowballed me that this $50 "special wash" was "well worth the extra money. ha ha ha what a joke honestly I could not even determine if the inside was even wiped out....I know my center counsel wasn't for sure and none of the area around the screens they were still all dusty. In addition the entire drivers side of my car was all water spots and my back window the cleaned it I guess but did not even bother move the back wiper to get under it so large dirty spot all around the wiper. Never again will I go there....a better wash and dry at the places that charge $10 what a joke...should have read the reviews before I went. Of course looks like the reviews fall on deaf ears as no responses from the business. Hopefully this review saves someone some money.

My Daughter bought me a detail on my car for my birthday. I made an appointment for 8am. I arrived on schedule and was told 2 to 3 hours, and I had to wait because I only have one car and no one to pick me up. Seven hours later and speaking to them multiple times because I saw them doing other cars in front mine I got my car, half way done, carpets soaked, dashboard a mess and windows on passenger side dirty. That cost 194.00!!!! But they gave me a certificate for a free carwash. So I swore never to go back there and gave the certificate to my daughter who has/had a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee. When it went through their system to wash it, it ripped off her rack from the top of the car. They said oh "we are not responsible!" DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS CARWASH IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR OR EXPECT ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Way waaay to aggressive when you have chip in your windshield. You tell them no time and time again and they'll keep harassing you ,talking over you and try to peer pressure you into giving them money to replace your windshield. No means no! It's super annoying and makes me rethink my membership..

The wash is fine. But I just found out they took away the rewards. I would have had a free wash. Then they increased y'all the services in price. Each about $5

My wife and I got our cars washed today- I have an old 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis and she has a 2023 Tesla. The first guy I spoke with who was trying to upsell for detail services was nice. The actual ticket writer kind of had an attitude when he tried to upsell again and we didn't bite, but I get it- it's Sunday, no one wants to be at work on Sunday. There was a young kid who seemed real nice, only person that smiled at us or came across welcoming. The vacuumers stared at us like they hated life and personally disliked us. My wife and I both nodded and smiled and they continued to stare with an aggravated look. We left the keys/key card and headed inside after paying. One of the vacuumer's came in the lobby (guy with a pony tail, one of the two that just stared at us) was motioning with his hands like we took the keys and needed them. We told him the key card was in the console. He said it wasn't so we followed him out- he pushed the door open all crazy and just let it close behind him even though he knew we were right behind him. They found the key card and just walked away. We were a little annoyed- not the end of the world and we aren't like offended or anything, just crappy customer service. The folks out front were great, real friendly and helpful. We told the manager the crew by the vacuumes had lousy attitudes and he apologized and said he'd talk to them. The cars were clean and we still tipped and all. Just really unnecessarily hostile and negative attitude from the first people you deal with can really sour the experience. Will not be going back.

Tried this place again after being unsatisfied a few years ago. Nothing has changed. You pull up and the group stares at you. Paid $5 for the interior to be cleaned. It's obvious only half the dashboard was wiped down. My car was deemed ready with a whistle and a wave. I asked for a rag to finish drying off the driver door and wipe the three streaks off the back glass.

1015 am on may 11th 2023. Went to buy a pizza and drink, turned in w scratch tickets and apparently the employer want happy about it. Employer said why the hell is everyone handing me scratch tickets!! I said because you sell them and cash them in.Totally unprofessional made me feel uncomfortable as a customer, won't be going back to this gas station again.

This place is MUCH more than just a Car Wash. In addition to the Car Wash, there is a Convenience Store, Windshield Repair, Car Window Tint, Gas Station and Oil Change. We had our car Window tinted and we are VERY happy with the results. Angel helped us out, and was very professional as well as friendly. We spent $500.00 for Ceramic Tinting. We have a full 3 yr. Warranty. After the Tinting is complete, they provide you with a free Car Wash. The Inside Waiting Area is very comfortable and has small gift shop and Snacks available for purchase. We were there for about 3 hours, so I had an opportunity to hear several interactions with staff and customers and in all instances, the employees were polite and helpful. I am attaching a photo of the various types of tinting offered. We had a GREAT Experience
