Writing on behalf of my mother- who had a booked appointment, first of the day. Immediately staff was rude, no customer service etiquette was just instructed to sing in and sit. She booked a $48 pedicure which was completed in 17 minutes to which my mom had requested callus removal and the staff told her “no you need Vaseline”. Maybe she does, but for $48 one would assumed that callus removal is a step that is part of any pedicure. She had also booked a manicure which does look okay but for both services, was in and out in 45 minutes & $85 later without tip included. While some people may appreciate the speed at which these service may be completed due to time constraints or whatever, perhaps actually spending the time to perform a quality treatment with some proper customer service should be considered moving forward.

Gosh i don’t even know where to start! first off, i am only a teenager but very mature and was with my mother. as soon as we walked in a guy asked what service we needed and sat us down as the nail tech (nina i think it was) was finishing up another client. my tech asked me what i wanted and i showed her a picture of a french manicure. i asked the price due to my low allowance and she stated $65 depending on the deep french i wanted. which was perfect and i tipped her with the rest of the money i had. not even 5 minutes a later we sat down and she got to work. she has showcases of her nail art that are jaw dropping. we began make small talk and my mother and i felt so comfortable! i have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my nails and
i can be very picky. but my tech matched what i wanted EXACTLY. i’m proud to say that this is THE best nail experience ive ever had. their business has a homey feel to it and they’re all very nice. i will definitely be coming back the next time i need my nails done!❤️

First time at this nail salon, and I am very happy with the service and pedicure. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry, what a great and professional guy!! The nail tech that did the design was so sweet and did a great job! It was so quiet and relaxing! I am so happy to have found this little gem! I can't wait to come back again!!! Thank you all for a great experience!!

JD Nails is a great place to get your nails fresh and feet relaxed: reasonable pricing - variety of techniques and services - Friendly staff - talented nail artists - clean environment. Have been going to this shop for a few years and never leave disappointed, no matter who does the service. Appreciate the dedication to ensuring your customers are happy through the entire visit. Not my usual Nail place, I've been going to a different place for almost 10 years but recently have had some scheduling conflicts, so I tried this place on a whim. I didn't have an appointment and they were still able to get me seen right away. They did a beautiful job on my nails and eyebrows. The team was super friendly and the facility was clean :). I will definitely be going back there if needed.
